A ‘joyous’ book.

Joyous Leadership is a fantastic read which breaks down how to find happiness by making small changes that have a large impact. Each chapter focuses on a different element such a teamwork, integrity and humour. The author does a great job of using their own experiences to demonstrate what differences small changes in thoughts and behaviours can make to our lives.
