I loved this book. I hated this book. Man, I had all the feels with this. From an amazing female protagonist to an unbelievably painful adolescent boy the characters hurt me and rescued me then hurt me all over again. I don’t ever want to live in this version of the world. I don’t ever want to have to fight with the type of intensity & stamina that the two main characters, Natalia & Billy did. I put this book down numerous times as I was reading in order to process my emotions. Seriously heavy stuff sometimes. Big corporate megalomaniacs and mind control is a definite button in our world right now and this story was just a little too scary to contemplate sometimes. Thank you for Bubbe. She saved my composure and my sanity. She was a great addition as a character
