I am always trying to find new ways to feel better, and the author helped with her beauty detox foods. There are many helpful tips to guide you to a better you. I recommend it!

If you like diet/beauty/detox books touted by celebs this is the book for you. Not really any new info. The author wants you eating more veggies than meat, have a green smoothie or juice everyday and cut out dairy. It is well organized but I found the recipes in the back to need a lot of ingredients that one either doesn’t have on hand or are harder/more expensive to find and use.
