Open Deeply is a guidebook for anyone in, or thinking about a non-monogamous relationship. It cuts deeper than the basics of functionality and looks at all the messy emotional complications and how to navigate the multitude of issues that might arise. It addresses all kinds of issues from mental health, coping strategies, unhealthy patterns, the effects of trauma and so much more. Communication strategies and finding your own style and what works for you are also addressed. It is a self help guide for building healthy alternative relationships in their many forms and is an excellent resource on the subject. It is a brilliant book to own for anyone considering an alternative lifestyle or those already established in a non-monogamous relationship.

It was a good book I mistakenly thought it was a different topic I appreciate NetGalley and the publisher allowing me a copy to read.
