Always love Winnie-the-Pooh. The narrator was great and I loved the voices and noises he used throughout. He really made the story come alive and super fun. Winnie the Pooh is a great read and I love the little stories that are each chapter. Always a high read for me

The Pooh stories are deservedly children’s classics. The tales are engaging with characters that come to vivid life. There is a reasoning in the stories that echoes that of young children and that delights adults as well.

This is a wonderfully narrated version of Winnie the Pooh, from the origin of his name and right on through. The reader has an engaging style and draws listeners in. Highly recommended for old and young, maybe for a time when you are on some form of transportation and could use a gentle listen.

Many thanks to NetGalley and the publisher for this listen. All opinions are my own.

Coincidentally, I met up with Pooh and Co. last week! The original stuffed animals are on display at the New York Public Library.

Who doesn’t love Winnie the Pooh and some Heffalumps and Whoozuls? What an amazing blast from the past to have the original Winnie the Pooh read to you as it was meant to be. Highly recommend. I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.

It was bittersweet to take a stroll down memory lane. I loved listening to this audiobook. The narrator did such a wonderful job using many voices for all the characters. I can't wait to have the time for my kids to listen also. I'm thinking over Christmas when we have long car rides. They will love it! Thanks so much for the wonderful memories!

That was a fantastic walk down memory lane.

Eeyore has always been my favorite and I love that the narrator made him sounds almost a little Scottish.

Oh Pooh you “Silly ‘ol Bear!”
My daughters as well as my grandchildren love to read. When they were little tykes, I read to them. They always enjoyed it and I believe is one of the reasons they continue to love to read. When I saw this audiobook, I thought, I too would like for someone to read to me.
Awww this totally magical, transported me back to a very special time: Joel Froomkin, the narrator does a super job in performing all the voices; I can totally picture gloomy, sad Eeyore~ with his birthday balloon as well as adorable Piglet. Love all the characters including the mysterious ‘Heffalump’!

Want to thank NetGalley and Dreamscape Media this audio eGalley. This file has been made available to me before publication in an early form for an honest professional review.
Publishing Release Date scheduled for January 4, 2022.

This is a charming performance of a charming story. It's nice to go back to the original source material and see the way in which the characters are a little more hard edged (Rabbit talks about Kanga as if she were an illegal immigrant; Eeyore is less loveable and more confrontational; Pooh and Piglet are more selfish) and just enjoy the silliness of the stories and setting. A wonderful diversion.

Looking to entertain the kids on a long car ride? Here is the perfect solution!

I recently listened to the audiobook of Winnie the Pooh by A. A. Milne, (narrarated by Joel Froomkmin). It is absolutely delightful!.

Winnie The Pooh is a true gift to be passed down from grandparents to children to grandchildren. Even at 60 years "young" I still laughed out loud during the collection of 10 stories included in this audiobook.

Pooh, Christopher Robin, Eeyore, Piglet, Rabbit, Roo, and Owl's friendship and adventures are timeless! Did you know that Winnie The Pooh was first published in 1926? Yet for me, the stories never get old. Each character has its own distinct hilarious personality that seamlessly brings laughter and comfort to the listener.

Thank you so much to Dreamscape Media, and NetGalley for the free audiobook in exchange for my honest opinion (which was easy because Winnie The Pooh forever lives in my heart)!

This is honestly one of my favorite books and I was just itching for a reread. The narrator was great, he did different voices for all the characters which I think would be really fun if kids were listening to this. Adults too, but especially kids.
There is just something about this book. It will never get old and I will always love these stories. I'm so happy I was approved for this because I just needed it!

I.AM.IN.LOVE!!! I cannot stop smiling.

So often when I see these classic books on NetGalley I request them partly out of nostalgia and partly because I want to be inspired to use them in a modern classroom. Yet I’ve almost always been disappointed. Each time I’m left saying “why?” Why bother redoing a classic if you’re not going to add something to it or give it new value. This book was a wonderful example of a positive answer for “why?”!!

It is a joy-filled reimagining of one of the most beloved stories of all time. The voice actor is delightful and gives just the right amount of characterization without becoming caricature. The stories move at a quick pace that will keep the attention of even the most distractable of my students. My childhood favorites were coming to life and I saw the illustrations dancing in my mind’s eye.

I hadn’t read this book in a few years and was considering it for a children’s lit unit in my high school class - this audiobook sealed the deal.

Thank you to @Dreamscape and @Netgalley for the ALC in exchange for my honest opinions. #Dreamscape #NetGalley

The narrator does very well in capturing the essence of the book. The story is close to my heart and will be loved by many more generations.
