3.5 Stars. The Extra Myles is a holiday novella in Melanie Munton’s Southern Hearts Club series. It tells the story of Myles, a potter, and Blair, his art dealer. Blair takes Myles home to New York City as her fake boyfriend and the pair fall in love for real. I have not read the other books in this series so I have no idea how these characters fit into the series.

The book is a novella, so there wasn’t a whole lot of time to develop the characters and story. I knew going in that this would likely be the case, so I was prepared for that. It’s your typical fake dating romance. I did absolutely adore the pool game and the pottery scene.I don’t really have strong feelings about it. It kept me entertained for an hour.
