Loved the art in this, but had a little trouble with the theme / message. Is it that if you get enough friends around, you'll eventually think of something to do that's fun? Or don't always do what you normally do? Either way I would love to see more of the illustrator's work; just the cutest little animals.

Badger is having trouble deciding what to do, and his friends come over to help fight their boredom too. Can they figure out a way to fight off the dreaded boredom.
This is a cute book. The story is fun and the illustrations are really great. My favorite was when Badger tried painting. One thing I really didn't like was that Mouse, who played a pretty significant role in solving the boredom of the characters, was relegated to the kitchen. You'd think she'd want to be more involved in the project.
Thank you to NetGalley and the publishers for this ALC.

I was given an advance copy in exchange for an honest review. Actually, I was bored when I wanted something to do before dinner. I found this book. It gave me something to do plus cheered me up. The illustrations were great! The badger had so many friends that stopped by.they finally all used their imaginations and together they went on a great adventure. I read this book and can say it cheered my mood and am off to dinner and back to read more this evening. Something to look forward to. Special thanks, to #NetGalley, ,#North|SouthPublishers, and #Moritz Pete for allowing me to review.

This is really endearing. The illustrations are simple, wholesome and whimsical. I love the tiny tea cups scattered throughout the book. The animals are depicted as adults going about their normal lives but it’s clearly a story for children who get bored easily. I was that child, so I found this lovely. There are many ideas here for children to explore all the ways they can play!
