NO SMALL TARGET by JAMES TYLER BROOKS is a fast paced thriller which takes place in Hawai’i. The O’ahu FBI are dealing with the theft of defence secrets from a major defense contractor, McLean Integrated Technology. The Joint Terrorism Task Force are doing all they can to stop this highly sensitive information from reachng North Korea. Special Agent Jack Case is called back to O’ahu from New York to find that his best friend, Kamakoa Avea, has been abducted on his way to meet a whistle blower from McLean.
Things are not as they seem and Jack does not know who to trust. The situation is made worse by a traitor in the FBI, kidnappings, murder, betrayal and accusations.
It is an exciting and worthwhile read. I like to see Kamakoa and Jack’s friendship and faith in God.
