A fantastic preview of upcoming books. A great way to test new genres, new authors, and even get preview of debut authors that you may not have known about yet!
I absolutely love Buzz Books because I’m always excited to know what new books are coming out and even better than that, I can read an excerpt for each book and really get excited for those books to be released.
Thanks for sharing the Book Buzz 2022 spring/summer books with us! It’s great to know what’s coming!
It's time for Publishers Lunch Buzz Books 2022 list of Spring/Summer Great Reads. This installment contains a literary who's who and intriguing debuts covering a wide, diverse breadth of topics. The long previews give a generous snapshot of forthcoming Fiction, Non-Fiction, and YA content. Links to request the full titles are also included. With this essential booklet, readers are in a for a real treat
Love the Buzz Books! Spring/Summer 2022 has an amazing selection and I’m excited to add them to my TBR list!
Always the best way to find an upcoming novel or any other book for that matter. I count of Buzz Books.
I absolutely love Buzz Books, and the Spring Summary Edition is as exceptional as always. I get so excited when a new edition comes in. I love that the Fiction is broken into different groups and it’s easy to check out all the new books and authors. There is also a Non Fiction section that I really appreciate since it lists so many different types of Non Fiction to review. There has been so much happening globally and locally that I like to read many of these books.
So, my TBR list grew a lot more, but I’m not complaining at all. Then there are excerpts of great Fiction, Non Fiction, and Young Adult Books that I was directly able to link with a NetGalley Request. Hope I get to read many of these fascinating books.
Buzz Books is just the easiest and best way to find the newest authors, books, stories, journalism. I spend hours checking out all the books, but later come back to this edition to look for books all through the Spring and Summer.
This will definitely keep me happy for many months.
Thank you NetGalley and Publishers Lunch for granting a copy of this fantastic guide to new stories.
Good to see these are still continuing. I love finding out about new books from this. Hopefully there will be more in the future.
It's always such a treat to read one of the buzz books publications - exciting to read excerpts of upcoming novels and which topics are hot at the moment!
Thank you to netgalley and publishers lunch for an advance copy of this book
I look forward to this compendium of new books. Love going through it and reading previews.
Thank you!
Perfect fuel for a book addict
Buzz Books 2022 announces the upcoming books for Spring/Summer 2022.
This book was even better than my paid Book Riots New Release Index! It even has links directly to NetGalley so that you can put in your request to receive the ARC.
So what little jewels did I discover? So glad you asked.
The Secret Life of Albert Entwistle by Matt Cain
Things They Lost by Okwiri Oduor
When We Were Bright and Beautiful by Jillian Medoff
The Lioness by Chris Bohjalian
Love Marriage by Monica Ali
The House Across the Lake by Riley Sager
Always an excellent summary of forthcoming books. It is great to have a preview and be able to read a few chapters before deciding whether to purchase the full novel
These Buzz Books samplers are always a highlight for me! I just love being able to get a sense of the writing style of multiple authors all in one place to decide which ones I want to get more of! Thank you so much for putting these together!!!
Thank you Publishers Lunch and NetGalley for randomly selecting me to receive this preview of spring/summer 2022 books. I have rituals involving tea and a special notebook when I read through what's coming. As a book reviews editor and a reviewer, I appreciate how the preview's introduction breaks down the Notables, Debut Fiction, Commercial Fiction, and Nonfiction (within its various subcategories). And then I appreciate the excerpts and their links to NetGalley. Bravo.
Why do I do this to myself?? This book noting what books are publishing by genre and citing publishers and release dates is incredible. I read several favorite authors who have new books coming this year and audibly gasp with excitement!! It’s reminds me of my good ol’ childhood days when the holiday Sears Catalogue came in the mail and I would sit and circle and circle and circle toy after toy. Fast forward 40 years and same thing - circling books. It’s just the best. Thanks for the copy. I look forward to this so much!
As always, an interesting mixed bag. The range of topics and styles, though, seemed more limited, with a lot of deep-family-secrets types of books.
A useful sneak peek at the coming books, gathering info about them and excerpts in one place. I am glad that my favorite genre, nonfiction, is included - I just wish that there was more of this kind of books in the next issue.
Thanks to the Publishers Linch and NetGalley for an advanced copy of this book.
I love these samplers! They are my favorite for learning about new books to look out for in the next few months!
I mainly picked this up for the book cover but god DANG this was such a fun ride! It was great curling up in my bed while doing online school and just getting sucked into the characters’ world and their relationships
