Great resource for upcoming novels! The spotlights books at the end helps me discover reads that I may not have originally picked.

Love getting sneak peeks of books to add to my to read list! It opens my eyes to books I have not heard of, and new to me authors.

This was helpful for making future choices for books to purchase for my library, but I was hoping for more YA and children's books in the compendium. I think that is on me though, for not checking what it contained more thoroughly before requesting it.

I came for the YA section and got sucked in to so many other excerpts. My TBR blew up again!

Especially looking forward to getting Ballad & Dagger into some kids' hands!

I look forward to Buzz Books every season. A big thank you to NetGalley for providing me with a free copy to review. This wonderful catalog of upcoming and new books is jam packed full of bookish goodness and always gives me many books to add to my already overflowing To-Be-Read list This book catalogs new books coming out in the Spring and Summer of 2022. It includes a brief summary of the book, followed by a sample chapter of each book, which is a fantastic way to get an insight of new author's writing styles as well as a teaser into how a book will be laid out. The sample is then followed by information on the book's release, publisher, and author. I really love that it includes fiction, debut authors, YA and Non-fiction. This catalog is very well put together and a treat for any booklover, reader, bookstore owner or anyone else interested in new and upcoming books.

Thanks for another preview! I wish we could preview a chapter or two of all NetGalley books. I felt like this edition didn't have many big name authors but I did find one that I started and requested the full galley so I can finish!

So helpful to get a sneak peek of upcoming books this way! I don’t think I would have discovered Violet Made of Thorns otherwise, and I was thrilled to read an excerpt of Geraldine Brooks’ next novel — we’ve been waiting years!

A preview of the best of the new books for the season and it's FREE!

Fiction is broken down into categories such as Notables; a very long list of Debut authors; and Commercial Fiction. A whole range of non-fiction categories are included as well as several Young Adult titles.
There are so many enticing new titles and authors in the Spring/Summer edition, that although I tried to be selective, it remains to be seen whether I was successful. I've requested a number of titles already!

First introduced for the 2012 Book Expo America, the FREE digital Publishers Lunch Buzz Books has become the place for both industry professionals and book lovers in general to discover and read about the books expected to spark high demand BEFORE they are published!

What's really great is that after many selections, you have the option to follow a link and request the complete galley copy from Net Galley if you qualify as a 'professional' reader.

Check out Buzz Books on Amazon. Did I mention it's FREE!

I always like these Buzz Book samplers. Their design of a book's summary as well as an excerpt is very helpful when leanring about new books. I do like them better when they are divided into genres as I don't purchase books for all areas of my library.
