Some title errors and out of date pub dates, but an invaluable tool for my library's purchasing, as usual.

Thoroughly enjoying these brief glimpses. So far I give high praise to
*Emma Straub, This Time Tomorrow
*Zain Khalid, Brother Alive
and
*Jasmine Guillory, By the Book
This will be must reads for me this year!.
Real reviews to come...

I really enjoyed this sampler of what is going to be available and what is coming out soon. I love the samples and there are many books I plan to check out. Thank you to NetGalley and Publishers for putting this together. .

Very helpful look ahead at what will be published in the near future! As a newer book review, I found this to be a very helpful guide. My one point of feedback is that it would be nice to include more indie presses.

I am always thrilled when a new buzz books comes out. In addition. To some tried and true authors, this one was packed with debut authors and some new to me authors. A lovely way.to expand my TBR (even more!)

Love this preview of what is upcoming for Spring/Summer 2022. Gives me a glimpse into what I want to read for that time period.

I absolutely love Buzz Books! It always gives the best information on the books I get to look forward to and which books to let my bookclub know are coming up in the next months that might be good for us to read as a group. I will always look forward to the next Buzz Books! It is a great resource for those that enjoy the hunt for great books almost as much as reading them!
Thank you NetGalley!

"Buzz Books 2022: Spring/Summer" by Publishers Lunch
My Assessment:
I enjoyed reading through the Buzz Book 2022 Spring/Summer catalog, picking out ones of interest, [fiction and nonfiction titles] being an avid book reader and reviewer. I thought I would be able to pick out a dozen or so, but it seems like I will want to read a few more. Nevertheless, the summaries were enjoyable, giving us a snippet of what will come in the following months.
Thank you, NetGalley, for the sneak peeks of what coming! And I will look forward to Bizz Books' next installment.

A great taste of upcoming books! Not all were my style, but I did find a few that I cannot wait to read!
This is a great way to get a sense of what is coming down the pipe

There are a lot of wonderful books coming out soon. I have marked quite a few for later reviewing and stocking for the store. This is the first books with buzz I’ve read and I enjoyed all the excerpts and cover art. Quite a few stood out to me as great looking reads. What a cool way to show off what’s coming and get readers excited.

Thanks to Publishers Lunch, I am able to plan my reading request for the season. I can only express extreme gratitude to NetGalley for making this available to its members.

A great way to taste upcoming books. The bits I have read got me excited to read the full book and talk to the authors.

The organization and structure is phenomenal. So many great titles to choose from! I appreciate having this as a resource to help me figure out what to plan to read this year.

After perusing this 800+ page publication this morning, I have discovered nine more titles to add to my TBR this spring and summer. Here is a list of the titles I am planning to read:
Horse by Geraldine Brooks
Notes on Your Sudden Disappearance by Alison Espach
Bless Your Heart, Rae Sutton by Susannah B. Lewis
The Seamstress of New Orleans by Diane C. McPhail
Iona Iverson's Rules for Commuting by Clare Pooley
The Mutual Friend by Carter Bays
Keya Das's Second Act by Sopan Deb
With Prejudice by Robin Peguero
By the Book (Meant to Be #2) by Jasmine Guillory
This was the first time I have requested one of the Buzz Books editions and I look forward to checking it out again next season. Thanks, NetGalley!

Each season I look forward to reading Buzz Books for insight into upcoming notable books. Besides having excerpts in several main genres to review (and perhaps request) there is also a preview at the beginning of the book listing a myriad of books that are thought to be the books to watch for this season! I love getting this "first look" at what's ahead. The samples of books that are presented in Buzz Books never fails to catch my interest in some books that I would not have thought to read without first seeing these excerpts. New authors in Debut is always an interesting category and I have found some authors that conntinue to impress after their first foray into story-telling that makes the reader want more. . Thank you to NetGalley and Publishers Lunch for the opportunity to read and review this advance reader copy. Opinions expressed in this review are completely my own. #NetGalley #BuzzBooks2022:Spring/Summer

There were definitely some interesting books mentioned in this and I added quite a few to my TBR list. Unfortunately, the vast majority of the books all seemed to have the same plots and themes. I wish there was more variety.

I find these Buzz books very useful for finding out about upcoming books, and for weeding out some books that I thought sounded interesting - until I read a sample. This time I decided to keep a record of what caught my attention so I can refer to it later.

Can't wait! Very excited for a few of these titles. The choice to include excerpts is greatly appreciate. :)

Wow this thing is huge! It's pretty much impossible to pick this up and NOT find something you want to read. I definitely added a few to my TBR list. Thanks!

I always love reading Buzz Books and this year is no exception! I found several excerpts engaging enough to request the full book on NetGalley, and discovered even more that were listed but not excerpted to get excited about. Is it wrong that I’m already looking forward to next year’s edition?
