I haven’t read anything by Jenny Oliver- until now. I am so shocked that she hasn’t crossed my radar! I thought this book was just so cute, perfect summer reading/beach read- character growth is at the forefront. I’ll be adding so many of Jenny Oliver’s books to my TBR- she writes so well, you can almost see this play out as a drama series or movie. Loved it!

I adore unique fiction, and this is such an interesting premise. I recommend because of the story itself, writing style, and its ability to transport you into a different world.

This is just the perfect charming summer book that so many readers are hoping to find! The setting, the characters, the gentle romance, the family history -- it all comes together in a very engaging story. Great cover too. I look forward to recommending this to readers.

I received an ARC, of One Lucky Summer by, Jenny Oliver. I found this book to be quite boring. The characters were blah.

This was a fun feel good story with likeable characters, and who doesn't enjoy a treasure hunt around a huge estate by the sea? I'll be looking for more novels by Jenny Oliver.
