Very interesting. I read this book cover to cover but you could easily use it as a dictionary of sorts and just look up what you need. I have very interesting dreams so I find it fascinating what these dreams could mean. Personally I didn’t love the colors in the book but that’s a preference and doesn’t effect the book at all.

I received an advance reader copy of this book to read in exchange for an honest review via netgalley and the publishers.

Decode your Dreams is an interesting book about why we dream and what our dreams mean, as well as guiding you to apply and decipher what your dreams mean in your real waking life.
The book is broken down into sections which I found really helpful as this helps you find what you're looking for much easier. There is an index at the back to help you find things alphabetically, too.
Each section has a decode chart, which is a great tool to help you break your dreams down, too.

This book is stunning! Decode Your Dreams explains what dreams are and how you can interpret your dreams, and how they answer what you might be going through in your life. The book aesthetic is beautiful. The colors, the brief, easy-to-understand explanations are helpful. Ian Wallace also provides tips to remember your dreams and discusses lucid dreaming, Decode Your Dreams covers it all.

As someone, who works with clients' dreams in a therapeutic setting, I was intrigued. And then, I was disappointed. It could be because my approach to dream work is on the other side of the spectrum and I'm strongly against interpreting the dreams.

This book reads like a set of horoscopes, which are deep enough, as well as vague enough to give readers some "aha" moments. But there is very little substance, and the dream interpretations are not supported by any data. I honestly don't know how the author came up with the correlation that people who dream about X are experiencing Y in their lives and therefore should look at Z.

I give "Decode Your Dreams" two stars because as this book was quite an eye roll-accompanied read, it's still a beautiful publication with nice fonts and trippy ilustrations.

I loved this book. Ian Wallace helps his readers to think about the symbolism of their dreams in an accessible way. The art work makes it a relaxing and pleasurable experience.

I think book provides a great overview of dreams, what they mean, and why they occur. It also has the meanings behind dreams split up by different categories such as love, relationship, family, wealth, work, and more. It doesn't have every dream meaning, but is a great place to start for beginners and even provides additional information for how you can engage with your own dreams and ultimately be able to adjust the imagery. Very interesting read!

Decode Your Dreams by Ian Wallace is a book that helps you uncover the potential meaning behind your dreams. I’ve always been fascinated by how other’s interpret their dreams and was drawn to this book immediately.

Whenever I have vivid dreams, I Google the meaning and am often left with a very basic description. Decode Your Dreams covers 7 different dream topics. These topics include work and play, relationship and family, birth and death, and more. Each dream description is about 2-3 sentences long. I was expecting an in depth description with this book, or one that offers more than one explanation, however, this is a great basic book to have around. The book has beautiful imagery and it’s categorized in a way that’s organized and easy to find.

Thank you to NetGalley and Quarto Publishing Group for this eARC in exchange for my honest review.

Dreaming has always fascinated me and this book immediately caught my attention. This book was very easy to read and having the how to apply what you're dreaming to your real, waking, life was interesting. I also enjoyed having the dreams broken up into sections, because I feel like this is the type of book that someone would pick up with a certain dream on their mind.
