This is a little hard to review. Although I skimmed much of this, there is lots of good wisdom and advice here. It may be particularly helpful to those under, say 35, but even those up to their 90s may benefit from some of the nuggets of wisdom (since we can't know it all). Everyone can find some benefit to reading this.
