I was in the mood for a Native American romance, and this well written story definitely hit the mark, I enjoyed it. Thank you netgalley and publisher for this arc in exchange of an honest review.

The first half of the novel is a rehash of familiar storylines: girl's family killed by bad Indians, she falls in love with good Indian, she joins tribe, tribe endangered by the White Soldiers. Only towards the last chapters the story gets fresh and thrilling.
