I could not put this book down. Sorry family girls gotta read. Alexa, please feed my tiny humans 😉

Big city meets small town in this new release from Pippa Grant. Pippa has a way of making you connect with the characters from the beginning while delivering hilarious and outrageous scenes. She is masterful at creating the quirkiest small towns that you wish could visit in real life. This book is no different.

Grab it and fall in love with Teague and the town of Tickled Pink. Watch and see if small town living can help save the soul of Big City Phoebe and her family.

I loved this book so much and I’m excited to see how this series continues! I need the second book stat!!

Spoiled New York socialite meets small town lumberjack. Oddly enough, this ended up being exactly what I craved the more I read. It seemed odd at first, and I wasn’t sure how the snobbish persona of Phoebe would portray in the writing, but it was so well done. I truly enjoyed reading this book.

Phoebe and Teague’s interactions were spicy from the beginning, full of barbs, witty banter, and some scheming between them. I loved seeing their relationship progress and was cheering for them every step of the way (even when they both would act like an idiot).

What I also loved about this book is that it wasn’t just focused on the relationship between Phoebe and Teague, but included Phoebe’s relationship with her own family and those in the town. You truly get to see her become a better person and that includes how she treats others. It was written in such a way that it helped the story along and I truly can’t wait to hopefully get their stories in the future!

Thanks to NetGalley and the publisher for providing an ARC in exchange for an honest review.

Ticked Pink NEEDS to be a series!!!! Seriously, this book is full of awesome characters who have so much to offer. I loved this story, it’s adorable HEA, and totally finished the epilogue wanting more.

Funny, adorable, and full of chemistry, this book is a must read!

I’m super lucky to have gotten a pre-published copy of this book in exchange for my honest review. I was already a huge Pippa Grant fan, so I was eager to get my hands on more of her writing!

Thank you netgalley for sending me an arc in exchange for an honest review

Synopsis... Think Schitts creek but with hotter people and a bigger family. That was the initial vibes I got from this one but it surprised and was actually pretty great.

In this book we are following Pheobe Lightly, of the famous Lightly's who have a toilet paper empire. After a near death experience Phoebe's Grandmother (Gigi) Estelle Lightly panics that her and her family are not good people and will not go to heaven until they learn how to be. So she forces her family to move to a small town called Tickled Pink which is where a movie was previously made where the character moves to this town and redeems her self and goes to heaven. So that is Gigis plan for all of them to learn from and give to this community to save their souls. They are cut off from all internet access, phones, and to top it off have to live in the old run down high school.

Dysfunctional family matters aside. Pheobe reluctantly makes the best of the situation and starts to get friendly with the townsfolk especially the unsuspecting lumberjack Teague Miller. These two could not be any different or so she thinks.

I am just going to say the synopsis had me but after the first 2 chapters I was really worried that was going to be really bad. Surprisingly I was wrong and I really enjoyed. I read it super fast and actually found myself missing this wee town when I finished and I am really excited to read the next in the series, I am hoping for a Tavi book.

I love small town books, I love starting over books, life changes and new locations etc so it ticked all the boxes for me there. I also enjoy some dysfunctional family dramas. One thing that stood out to me straight away that I hated was Oprah being said in it so much e.g "oh for Oprahs sake" and similar expressions. It felt like there was one on every page. Some things were pretty unrealistic but I'm not mad at that as a whole I found it super entertaining.

There was diversity in there which I found even better with the small town setting as I dont feel like I have read as much of that. I enjoyed most of the characters. I ended up really like Pheobe and Tavi. Teague was pretty likeable too especially that tree house and we all love a great dad in a book. Could 100% see this as a netflix series or movie as I said it has a Schitts creek vibe about it and we love us some Schitts creek.

I love Pippa Grant and all her amazing words! I've been a fan for a few years, and there's not a single book of hers I haven't read. And each brings something new and fun to my life. This was an ARC read, and the following is my honest and untampered opinion.

Tickled Pink is an amazing new playground, and I hope Montlake asks for more! If you're looking for a beautiful, silly, and heartfelt small town romance where a socialite finds humility, and a grump finds his smile, this is the perfect book for you!

Warning... You will not like Phoebe or Teague when you first meet them. They're both stubborn, selfish, and pretty horrible. He's horrible in a guarded, grumpy, judgemental kind of way, and she's horrible in a snobby, entitled, pity-party kind of way. And that's how they're supposed to be! They both go on a long journey of self-discovery that is beautiful and truly heart tugging.

My only critique is that while I was hating them, the narrative dragged. It took too long to establish the town, the cast of characters, and the base plot. But I've come to realize I have little taste—or patience—for the groundwork and world building. This is why I'll never get into fantasy! Or read a Tolkien book. For most readers, I HIGHLY doubt it will be an issue. And even if it is, trust me when I say it's sooo worth it!

Everything about the second half of this book was pure Pippa magic! I laughed. I cried. I got so mad I wanted to punch Teague in his handsome, lumberjack face, and then I wanted to kiss him. Phoebe is a woman to admire and aspire to be like. The work she puts into becoming self-aware and make improvements it's just so endearing. And don't get me started on the amazingness of Bridget—Teague's sassy, snarky teenage daughter. She just might be my new favorite character! I wish I could move to Tickled Pink and be friends with all the locals!

Zeus Berger will forever by my Pippa book boyfriend ("Pilot and the Puck Up", go read it now if you haven't!), but Teague and Phoebe have a very special place in my heart. Thank you Pippa Grant for working through a tough year and giving us this shining slice of happy and hope.

Pippa is always a go to for enjoyable, laughter-filled stories and this one is no exception. Off the wall silliness, strange yet interesting characters, and heat and heart fill this book. I didn't love the characters completely but overall I enjoyed this story and the adventure.

I loved this book, I had no doubt I would be great because because it's a Pippa book. I was surprised by just how much I loved Phoebe and Teague.

Pippa Grant never fails to entertain us with her laugh out loud romantic fiction!! She's introduced a whole new cast of characters in this new Tickled Pink series and I can't wait to read the next one. Witty banter and steamy chemistry make this go by too fast!

This is a good book. The two main characters are Phoebe and Teague. Phoebe works for the family company, her grandmother has brought the whole family to a town for a year visit. Teague lives in that town, with his ex-wife and his daughter. There is a mutual attraction. They each have their issues but together they work them out and fall in live.

I can't wait for the next in this series to see where this goes! When the matriarch of the Lightly family has a near death experience she sees the light and decides her family needs to be saved and moves her family to a small town. Tickle Pink, WI is full of quirky characters and loyalty. Phoebe wants to be the head of the family company and she'll do anything needed to get there but when her grandma changes the rules she's stuck getting real life experience and no power suit or bribes will get her out of it. Joining forces with a local who wants to see them gone Phoebe and Teague may rub each other but frication causes sparks. This story is full of laugh

I love this small town book by Pippa Grant! Everything Pippa writes has it’s laugh out loud moments, the steam, and all the feels. This book is no different there. But the story line is new. A very wealthy family is uprooted by the grandmother, who has a near death experience, to a small country town to become better people so they will get into heaven. This is all based on a movie that she saw that was popular awhile back. While there we get to really meet the wealthy family, and how spoiled they are, as well as the welcoming or not so welcoming town people.
Pheobe is from the New York family and tries her best to get the town, Tickled Pink, to force the family out and back home. Teague is kind of the leader of the town people who is more than willing to let phoebe’s family spend as much money in the town as they want, since Tickled Pink can use the money.
It’s fun to watch Phoebe and Teague go from hating eachother to not liking eachother to getting along. In true Pippa style this book will give you the HEA you are looking for, but there will be a twist or two along the way.

As a huge fan of this author’s, I have to admit I’m a little confused about this book. Funny situations? Check. Lively and amusing banter? Check. Wackiness galore? Check! But boy, I had trouble with both Phoebe and Teagan. The premise is that Phoebe and her extended family are forced to move to a small town by her grandmother to learn to be “real” since they basically lost their humanity as an ultra rich family. Teagan hated them from the get go until he got to know Phoebe and then they started to like each other.

I enjoyed Phoebe’s growth and her self awareness. I really enjoyed the banter. But she while she became more self aware towards the end, she was still a snobby character. Teagan was a grump and while he had his light and sweet moments, I’m not sure i felt a strong connection between the two. But I could have been happy with their relations except I disliked all the other Lightlys so much. And, as this story had a healthy focus on the ensemble cast of characters, not liking so many of the characters diluted the overall enjoyment of the book for me. At points, the book even dragged, which has never happened for me with a Pippa Grant book! Regardless, there are lots of humorous parts and overall, I still enjoyed the read. Thanks to NetGalley, the publisher and author for the early copy.

I don't really know where to start with this book! It was amazing, laugh out loud, non stop over the top fun and just what I needed in my life! Teague is a Bachelor in a small town just trying to raise his daughter and help the town thrive. He lives in a tree house and has the best relationship with his ex-wife. In walks the Lightlys, a dysfunctional family of wealth who's Matriarch is convinced they need to find their souls so they can get in to Heaven when the time comes. Phoebe does the work her Grandmother asks of her, all the while letting NY Society run her through the ringer without her around to voice her side of it. The games, teases, and all around hijinks in this book are so funny, that you will wish you could move to Tickled Pink yourself!

OMG I loved this!! I can not wait for more! Poor Grandma lol but I can't wait to see who she brings next to try get her way into heaven. This had so many laugh-out-loud moments which I adore in a book, but it had serious things also. Bring it on then the next one ASAP please!!

If you’re looking for another Pippa book that makes you laugh so hard you cry - this is it! It has a dysfunctional heroine (h) who is rich and “improving herself” with the rest of her family and a town that does their best to get rid of them. I really liked the h and her sister. I did think the h would open a candy store and was a little disappointed that didn’t happen in this book (maybe I just want to ready a book about a chocolate maker, but it would have been nice).

I tried. I really did. I simply could not get into this story. i couldn’t relate to anyone. I hate to say it, but I gave up after chapter two. Even skipping to the end didn’t pique my interest.

I love Pippa. I've been a fan since she appeared on the romance scene and am always impressed by the crazy things her mind comes up with. "The One Who Loves You" is no exception. From a surprise raccoon encounter to snowshoe baseball in July, Pippa brings the unexpected.

In all honesty, it took me a few chapters to get into the book. Phoebe was not likable to start, the world she grew up in taught her to be a ruthless socialite with no awareness of those "beneath her". When her grandmother has a crisis and forces the family to spend a year in the small town of Tickled Pink, she has quite the culture shock. And that shock comes with some harsh realizations about the life she's been living.

Lucky for her, Teague, single Dad and goat keeper, is happy to point out her flaws. Only, those flaws can't stop him from wanting to know her more. And the more he knows her, the more he admires her willingness to grow. He also has to admit that they're far more alike than she knows.

Come for the romance and happily ever after, stay for the quirky town and side characters. I'm so glad this is a series and I get to go back!

So, I’ve read most of Pippa’s books and have enjoyed them. Here, she ventures off of her usual writing style and I have to say, although wary at first, it ended up sucking me in and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The attention to detail in the town and the characters was great. Also, I did NOT see that twist happening at the end but I have to say it really worked. Thank you to netgalley for the ARC!

Phoebe is a socialite from New York that was forced to move to a small town by her grandmother. Teague is a divorced, single dad that lives in a tree house and doesn't want Phoebe and her family there. What starts out as two people that don't like one another, becomes so much more and the journey is absolutely wonderful.

This book was not what I was expecting, it was so much more! It's filled with all the things you love and look for in small town romances, quirky characters, lots of laugh out loud moments, plenty of steam, and some family drama. It's also filled with a lot of growth, acceptance, love and emotions. I can't wait until we get more of Tickled Pink!
