This Star Trek Picard story was made specifically as an audiobook, with voices from the actual actors! The story had it all - mystery, suspense, alien civilizations, romance, and heartbreak. The story was engaging and captivating. My only complaint was how short it was. I would have loved a full-length novel, but the story was a full, complete standalone adventure. It's a brilliant short story that fans will love.

Not a big “radio drama” fan, but the TV cast’s involvement made this a must-listen…and I was pleasantly surprised! Advances the relationship between Seven and Raffi. And not in a small way, either. Works as both a sequel to Picard season one or as a prequel to Picard season two (i.e. this isn’t the place to start if you’re new to this whole Trek thing). Would I have preferred a standard audiobook to the dramatized format? Possibly, but I’m not complaining because this was two hours of sheer fun.
