A lovely Summer story featuring Bridget and her friends. Bridget is determined to follow her dream and are a few hurdles along the way.

I enjoyed this short story from Alex Brown but I did think it was a bit lost as though it was somewhat rushed and a space filler. It wasn't really about a Summer Holiday either. I had read a previous full length book in this series and thought this was more like a taster chapter in the next in the series although it seemed to be a whole book concentrated in a few chapters. Not sure it would stand up as a short story on it's own as I was already involved with the characters from the previous books

I adored Bridget's Bicycle Bakery and was over the moon to be able to see what Bridget is up to again.

This was a charming short story - full of lovely characters, a few tears and a lot of feel good moments. Alex Brown is such a fabulous writer and this was a pleasure to read.

My only criticism was that it wasn't longer!

I was so excited when I was invited to read the next instalment in The Bicycle Bakery Series, my only disappointment was when I realised it was a short story.
I loved the first one and I equally loved this one. Alex writes fantastic books about village life, love, family and friendship.
This one was a warm, funny cozy book and all wrapped up in a red velvet sponge.
I hope there are more to come in this beautiful series.
Thank you NetGalley and Alex Brown for an ARC of this fantastic book.

This is a sweet, short read in the Bridget’s Bicycle Bakery series, and continues on from A Cosy Christmas at Bridget’s Bicycle Bakery. It is a short read but packed full of drama and romance. The characters are lovely and everyone is there to help each other. It was a pleasure to read and I did enjoy the continuation of Bridget's story.

This story could be read by itself, but I think it would be better to have read the others first, so you know the character's backgrounds. If you are looking for a quick read with a really nice feel, then this book is what you should get.

I really am not sure what was the point for writing this short story.
It could be a great chance to catch up with Bridget while she's looking for new premises for her bakery and I was incredibly excited to read it, but it turned out too flat, too over - over, too sweet. Such a pity.

Having read the first book, this short story was an absolute joy.
Hettys bicycle bakery success has outgrown its location at her beach hut. The old bakery in town has been empty a long time and Hetty begins her quest to gain access to rent this property and the fun begins. Although acknowledging a short term lease Hetty throws herself into transforming the space into a bakery and community space

A fantastic feel good read, with a chance to catch up with all the lovely characters.

This was a sweet short story that takes us back to Mulberry-On-Sea. A Summer Holiday at Bridget’s Bicycle Bakery is book two in this series. Bridget’s bakery business is growing out of her home. She’s found the perfect place to expand. It’s an old building that used to be a bakery. But it’s been closed since the for owner died and no one knows who the owner is now.
Will she be able to buy the building and expand her business? And don’t forget about Jack. Will their romance continue? You’ll need to read this one and find out.
Thank you to Netgalley and One More Chapter for this ARC in exchange for my honest review.

A Summer Holiday at Bridget’s Bicycle Bakery is a beautifully written short story from Alex Brown. It’s heartwarming with some fabulous characters and a story line that draws you straight in. I was so absorbed I didn’t want it to end. Thank you to NetGalley, Harper Collins UK One More Chapter and the author for the chance to review.

I was excited to read this short story as I loved the first book in this series. It didn’t disappoint apart from it being so short. It was like having a quick catch up with an old friend. Now hoping for a third book to continue Bridget’s story.

I received a free copy of, A Summer Holiday at Bridget's Bicycle Bakery, by Alex Brown, from the publisher and Netgalley in exchange for an honest review. This story is short and sweet Bridget's kitchen is to small to make her creations, she is looking for a bigger premises. I really enjoyed this story, and the recipe in the back of the book.

An enjoyable second visit to the bicycle bakery. Can't beat any stories involving cake and romance and this didnt disappoint. I am hoping for a longer follow up at some stage.

This is a chance to catch up with Bridget and Jack but for me personally I thought this was much too short even though it’s obviously a short story.. I was extremely pleased to revisit Bridget’s bakery again with her looking to expand her business. Will her wish come true? You will have to read to find out but would suggest you read A cosy Christmas at Bridget’s Bicycle Bakery first to get to know the characters then read this book. Thank you to Harper Collins One More Chapter and Netgalley for the chance to review this book in advance, the review is my own honest opinion.

It was lovely being back at Mulberry on Sea to find that Bridget's bakery was doing well so much so she was looking for premises to build her business since it had grown our of her home kitchen. Nothing every runs that smoothly though and she had problems to overcome which she did. This was a lovely heartwarming, feel good story.

Thank you NetGalley, Alex Brown and HarperCollins UK, One More Chapter for the ARC of A Summer Holiday at Bridget’s Bicycle Bakery. This is my personal review.
It was so good to read this short story and to be back with Bridget and her love of baking!
She has her eye on expanding her business and sees the perfect pace to do just that. There is a bakery that has not been in business for a long time, and she wants it. With the help of many will she be able to make her dream come true.
This is a heart warming book that you will love reading- I know I did.

So lovely to be back in Mulberry on sea with Bridget and her family and the wonderfully tempting tantalising bakery items all created in the cosy kitchen of the beach hut.
Bridget and her family have settled well into life at the beach hut, her bakery has gone from strength to strength snd has totally outgrown her home kitchen and bicycle deliveries.
The former town bakery has stood empty for years, no one knows who owns it but an opportunity to lease the premises is not one to be sniffed at!
We see Bridget expand her horizons professionally snd romantically as we follow her in a new venture!
So enjoyed this short read would live to know what happens next to Bridget and her family!
Thank you netgalley for this early read!

Love. Love. Love. Love. Love
I read this short story far to quickly for my liking I wanted it to go on forever.
I really admire how Bridget kept going and never gave up to get her bakery.
I loved how the story has just rolled on from the first book and not chopped and changed like a lot of books do I'm also a sucker for a happy ending and this book didn't disappoint.
I hope there's going to be more in this series as they are happy books
