Doubleblind will intrigue you as Georgia and her family try to reunite and she gets a case dealing with covid. The characters are well developed and interesting to get to know.

DoubleBlind is good, but it left me with questions! Maybe the author plans a sequel? My main problem was why they didn't do DNA tests through Ancestry.com just to see if they were related. How can two people be mistaken by their own children and others, and not have some relationship, even if distant? Seems more than believable. Otherwise, it was a good story and I did enjoy it, just questions that didn't seem to bother the characters at all. Followup later?

Unexpectedly wonderful novel. It was a nice surprise for a new mystery.

Reminiscent of Sue Grafton, the author has created a wonderful protagonist in this strong, likeable PI. Cleverly weaving in the reality of the pandemic and it’s impact on the private investigation profession, this book offers a new and fresh context for mystery solving.
