Highly recommended in the (post?) Covid age. This was the book needed after an exhausting year of teaching compounded by multiple moves. I was the walking definition of burnout. The information here helped me to change my perspective and my only disappointment is having to wait so long to have a physical copy. I will be returning to this well of inspiration not only for myself, but as an aid for my students

I found this book to be so refreshing! I have been battling cancer and read this book and given me some perspective. I needed this book. I’ve recommended to a lot of people!

The Fun Habit is an exploration on fun, the benefits of it, and how to have more of it and make it last. We all know how to have fun and it's clear we're happier when fun is a part of our lives. Who wouldn't want a guide to gaining all the benefits fun has to offer? It's a fascinating exploration on the psychology of fun. Highly recommended!

“Can I live deliberately? Can life be more fun?” I’m here for this. Loved the practical action steps to experience fun more often, and incorporate reflection and gratitude to make fun moments list even longer.

Very strong work on the psychology of fun, it's benefits, and how to increase it. "Fun" is positioned as a polarity of "burnout" in this text, which is a hot topic so I imagine it will do strong numbers in sales. I am looking forward to buying my own copy once it is published so I can include some of the material in the citations of my own scholarly work. The actionable processes are well described and seem effective.
