The Wolfden is a follow-up to Dead Rockstar which I hadn’t read first. Lillah Lawson does a good job of sharing the important themes from the first book while not dwelling on them and forges ahead with the new story. This book is a little outside of my normal reading, but quite enjoyable nonetheless. It’s fast-paced and dialogue heavy, which is fun because the characters are witty and engaging.

The Wolfden is a fantastic Urban Fantasy, Romance, Mystery mix. Fast-paced and engaging throughout the entire book. I enjoyed every page!
Book 2 in the series is even better than the first book. The plot was well thought out, the characters grew immensely, and I really liked the added representation. I can't wait for the third book to come out!

A big thank you to NetGalley and Parliament House for the ARC. I am voluntarily reviewing this book. This is the 2nd in a series, and needs to be read in order!! I did not read the first book and was completely lost for over a quarter of the book. Once I figured out who and what was happening it's not a bad story. I actually enjoyed it but it was so confusing at first. Please read them in order. I kid you not. So at not fault to the author as I did not read them in order I give this 3 stars, it could have been higher if I could go back and read #1.
