Even though I have been using NetGalley for a little while now, I found some tips really helpful. This Toolkit is broken down into four main parts: NetGalley Tips, Book Reviews, Bookish Social Media, and Strategizing. I was able to take away something from each section. I think my favorite thing about this toolkit is that in the Social Media Section, none of the different platforms are pushed as the better choice.

Very informative. Short, concise and to the point. It's a good guide to get started on NetGalley and the book review sphere in general. I will say that some of the recommendations were kind of basic, but overall helpful.

There's a lot of good information in NetGalley Book Advocate Toolkit. I was hoping to learn more about online presence, hashtags for the technically challenged and I appreciated the additional links for more information. The Do's and & don't were nice. This was a quick read with good suggestions on how to be successful at reviewing.

NetGalley's Book Advocate Toolkit is a useful, easy to read guidebook. It covers everything one needs to know to use NetGalley and review the books found there. Topics covered range from deciding what type of member to label yourself, to how to write a good review, to where and how to post and promote your reviews. The information is in a graphic style and is very easy to read. There are numerous links to visit for more information. Reader's will learn how to write a critical review and how to review an audiobook as well as writing a review for your blog, Instagram (Bookstagram), Tik-Tok, YouTube or Facebook and more. The guide includes very good "Dos and Don'ts" and extensive tips for becoming a serious reviewer. Whether you are a simple reader reviewer or a multi-media reviewer, this book is a wonderful guide to make your reviews successful.
