Helpful guide for getting started with NetGalley. Covers all the basics such as how to search for books, the request process, how to make your profile attractive to publishers etc.
I'm not a professional in the publishing world so it was really helpful to understand what publishers are looking for from ARC readers and how to put together a thoughtful but concise review.

Very cute and succinct little toolkit! There's a lot of really good information in here without it feeling super heavy. Definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to get into reviewing/advocating for advanced reader copies - or even for any book reviews in general!

I found the Toolkit to be incredibly helpful and informative. It provides clear direction on posting reviews, social media tips, and helpful information to really heighten the reader's reviewing abilities. The information is eye catching and short enough to not feel overwhelming. I will definitely use some of what I learned to use in my own developing skills.

This was a helpful and concise guide to help me start my journey of reviewing and recommending books. I was unaware of this toolkit when I was first introduced to the NetGalley system via an author I supported in an advance book release campaign. I made a lot of rookie mistakes that could have been avoided. Therefore, I recommend that this be provided to all new users of NetGalley upon their first login. There seem to be a few links that are no longer working right now, but it looks like there may be some subsequent releases with additional content specific to social media. Overall, this is a must-read for anyone on the NetGalley platform. The less-than-perfect rating is due to not being targeted to platform users as effectively as iI think it could have been.

As an avid reader and reviewer, I believe it is always helpful to continue one's education and learn new things constantly. It not only helps me stay on top of trends, but it keeps my mind strong. NetGalley's Book Advocate Toolkit did exactly that for me: continue to learn and grow. I often write reviews, and I'm on a few author's ARC lists. I always strive to write a thoughtful, engaging review that pulls others into it. I can see where my errors and strengths are now that I've read NetGalley's Advocate Toolkit. Now, I have a list of notes to gauge my next review and continue strengthening and growing my NetGalley profile/account.

I would recommend any reader, reviewer, or professional in the book industry to read NetGalley's Book Advocate Toolkit to learn the website, tips & tricks, and, most importantly, build a strong profile with the tools necessary to guide you to write strong reviews. It was a very informative tool to digest, and it took no time at all to read. The knowledge you gain is well worth it.

A toolkit for advocating for books is always a good thing. This was easy to use and made using Net Galley easier and more rewarding
