I am very new to the bookish world and this quick read was a great little guide to the Do’s and Dont’s. I appreciate the organization it made it easier to skip and/or skim through the sections I was already familiar with or that weren’t applicable to what I would like to do. I also enjoyed the images included within the guide.

As a book reviewer who has been on NetGalley for several years, I wasn't sure if I'd learn anything new in the Book Advocate Toolkit. But I was wrong!

I think this toolkit is a great place to start for those new to Netgalley or the book content world-at-large. What I found particularly useful was the reminder to update my Netgalley profile every few months (I always forget). So I'll set reminders from now on. I also had no idea that publishers include hashtags in Netgalley that reviewers should use when posting (OOPS).

Overall, a great introductory guide to Netgalley - recommend!

The NetGalley's Book Advocate Toolkit is helpful for book reviewers on NetGalley, but also on other social media. It gave some useful tips and tricks. I like the style of this toolkit (short pages, with lots of color and not too much text). It was a quick read.

This is a really useful and fun little book.

I have recently become a reviewer on NetGalley and this PDF toolkit is a handy guide to the basics of requesting ARCs from publishers and reviewing books online. It's easy to read format aids understanding and review.

As well as general tips on the process, there is information on how to write a review, and dos and don'ts on the various social media platforms.

I would very much recommend this toolkit to others if considering becoming a reviewer on NetGalley.
