This should be automatically added to every new reviewers shelf and be required reading!

This was short and to the point. If you’ve been reviewing for a while you might find some of this is information you already know. Newbies on the other hand will find it demystified the process in a concise way.

I appreciated the focus on finding platforms that are right for the reviewer rather than feeling pressured to try them all. Plus the tips on programs to create artwork were unexpected and very useful. Still, I’d like a more advanced version for those of us who have been at this for a while.

I found this advocate toolkit to be extremely helpful In preparing for my first netgalley book reviews! I would not have known where to start without this toolkit! Highly recommend any future reviewer to take a look at this before starting on reviews.

I love that they provide step-by-step checklists for each platform and explain each tip in a visually pleasing, quick and straightforward way.

I had been looking for a book like this for a long time. I joined NetGalley only recently. I have started reviewing books I've read recently as well, and some times I've been unsure about what to write, how to give proper justice to a book I've read and loved. This very intuitive book gives many amazing tips about how to write reviews and use NetGalley with respect to the authors and publishers, with additional very useful links to online material. It gives tips about how to share reviews on social media as well. I'm going to keep this as a personal guide to reread to help and encourage me in the writing process of a book review. This was a really well made tool. For new members, it's worth the read and will help you get started off on the right track. For current members this is a great freshers to refer back to whenever you need.

I love the simple (yet effective) layout and the tips are very helpful from how to create reviews, to creating your space across platforms, as well as how to create your NetGalley presence to increase your opportunities of approval.

My favorite tip for the NetGalley presence is not getting caught up in requests sprees! That is so easy to do when you want to read all of the books, but alas can work against you.

I am working on growth and consistency currently so I will certainly put several of these tips to good use across my platforms.
