This is an easy to read pamphlet on how to make the most out of social media for NetGalley reviews. The design is clear and appealing. I found some interesting and helpful tips. The follow up links like for example for Canva proved valuable. I would recommend this to any NetGalley reviewer.

I was overwhelmed plowing through all the information in NetGalley's Book Advocate Toolkit. It is a cornucopia of review-writing ideas and tools; however, it can also be described as a firehose introduction to NetGalley. In my busy life it is hard enough to find time to read, much less to consider all the avenues, sites, bells, and whistles for expressing my opinions and recommendations. I could have been selective and scanned the table of contents for the few vehicles I intended to use for my reviews, OR the toolkit could be organized with a simple assessment tool to send readers to the pages aligned with their personal objectives and media skill sets. If I was a natural born internet citizen, rather than an online immigrant, I'm sure I would be delighted with all the options presented in the tool kit. It has an attractive design and is chock full of links and references. However, I must admit that the Toolkit is also intimidating to a new NetGalley member like me, even though I am the author of three non-fiction and three fiction books.

Very helpful with clear, easy instructions on how to write reviews. Will share with our Adult Services team (in a public library) as we regularly feature reviews as part of our "Book Talk Tuesday" posts on Facebook.

I found this book to be extremely helpful as I begin my NetGalley journey reviewing books. It provided many tips and examples that would benefit those getting started with online book reviews. I greatly appreciated the section of do’s and don’ts. I would certainly recommend this for anyone else who is interested in enhancing and improving their online reviews.
