I am relatively new to NetGalley but I have read a number of really excellent books. This is an excellent publication and I am looking forward to following some of the tips presented.

This is a helpful guide on how to improve your Netgalley profile and other social media platforms which I appreciated because I feel like I'm still very new at this. It helped me to go over my profile and hopefully fill it out a little better.

In this toolkit, NetGalley provides tips for posting successful book reviews across platforms and for building a consistent follower base and community. I found the tips very helpful and will be using them. I would have appreciated if there was also some tips about posting reviews of audiobooks on a platform that requires pictures, such as Instagram. However, this was very helpful and I would recommend to anyone who writes book reviews!

Being new to Netgalley, I found the toolkit to be a very informative and a valuable resource for getting started. I have found myself referring back to it a few times.

As someone who started out reviewing books for fun but now wants to take it more seriously, I found this very helpful!! Some of the information is pretty basic, but it’s digestible. Definitely not the end all be all for growing a bookish platform, but it gave me a lot to think about!

I was looking to update my Netgalley profile and this provided incredibly helpful insight on how to help build my profile out.

NetGalley's Book Advocate Toolkit creates a map for the user of the platform. It provided me with a map of the site to help me navigate through it. The graphics were quite useful, and the contents were uncomplicated. The hyperlinks were also very helpful to me as I switched through the different ones. I noticed nothing I did not like about the book. The book summarizes the efficacy of the website and promotes itself as a sturdy reference for me, since I am not computer savvy.
I recommend all newcomers to NetGalley to rely on this book.

It really was a helpful resource and brought to my attention a few things I didn’t know (like using Canva to help with instagram posts) I highly recommend this little resource to anyone starting out!

Such a good resource for both new members of NetGalley and those hoping to increase their visibility. I found the member profile advice particularly helpful., but there were also plenty of useful tips regarding reviews, and making the most of bookish social media.

As a newer member to the NetGalley review team I found this guide to be helpful. There are many great tips and hashtag tricks that I will start to incorporate into my reviews. After reading this guide I have a better understanding of how the selection process works. One tip I found most helpful is to keep updating your profile here on NetGalley as your numbers of reviews and followers increase. I read hundreds of books a year, but just started leaving reviews the second half of 2022.

I wish I had this toolkit from the beginning.of my NetGalley journey. I have learned some valuable lessons from this. I really appreciate how supportive NetGalley is in providing resources to help you be more successful in your reviews. I am thankful to NetGalley for providing me with this copy of their Book Advocate Toolkit. I am leaving this review here voluntarily and hope it will help others.

As someone who is just getting started with reviewing books this was immensely helpful! There are a lot of tips in here that I used when completing my first review and I'm sure I will reference this over and over again to make sure I'm making my reviews and clear and effective as possible!

Thank you for suppling this tool to your users! Because I'm just starting off on Netgally, I found the information in this document to be incredibly useful, such as how to write reviews, things to keep in mind when writing reviews, and the free app tips for posts like using Canva.

Quick summary of tips, ideas, and hints on where and how to publish/share book reviews. It's a handy guide but not a detailed instruction book. There are links for more tips that I did not follow, (I don't like following links in books) at least not yet. When I want to incorporate those ideas into my blog/reviews, then I will go back to those links.

I really enjoyed all of the tips that this toolkit provided to help me grow my platform, and to give books and authors the feedback they deserve!

As a newish NetGalley user, this pdf was very helpful. Everything was organized well and in a way that wasn’t overwhelming. Great place to start for reviewers or refresh for veterans of reviews.
