I have been reviewing books for many, many years and eight years ago I set up my own blog. In all that time I have never seen a book like this one that is dedicated to book bloggers/vloggers.

It covers everything a book blogger could want. From setting up your NetGalley account to writing reviews (nice to see that it states to include 1/2 paragraphs about the plot, which a lot of reviewers will tell you not to do - I agree a review should say something about the plot).

It also includes all social media channels and hints and tips to help you on them. I personally liked the tips for Instagram as I'm not so good, I take shocking photos, yet I thrive on Twitter.

The book maybe short but it something you can dip into when you need to and it contains a wealth of knowledge.

A must read for all book bloggers, even those that think they know all there is to know about it.

This is a fantastic introduction to NetGalley. The tips and tricks give anyone new to reviewing a starting point for success on the platform and across social media. Perhaps in the future, a sample timeline could be included as well from book request to review to further aid those new to reviewing ARCs.

This is a great introduction to the bookish world! It provides a lot of great tips and I’ll definitely be referencing this quite often.

This was an incredibly helpful guide to writing book reviews. It provides Do's and Don's - things I had not heard before. It gave tips for posting to different platforms whether you are doing written reviews, video reviews, short summary tweets, etc. I highly recommend anyone writing book reviews to read this short guide and follow some of the lengths for more in-depth information on specific topics.

This book advocate toolkit is very helpful to those who are new or longtime members of NETGALLEY. It has many different ways to utilize the site and offers resources if you need assistance from the help section as well.

This is very helpful, especially if youre looking to avoid burnout and increase chances of approval here!

This is a great little toolkit for any booklover who wants to expand their reach of sharing their passion of reading or #audiobooking. Terms like #bookstagram and #booktock are just a few terms I am anxious in getting more acquainted with. The layout of this toolkit makes it fun and engaging to read. I recommend this to all book lovers.

This was immensely helpful to read before I write my first ARC review! The book advocate toolkit had many different types of tips for any kind of person who is a book advocate/book reviewer. My favorite section was where tips for social media book reviewing are explained & how to promote your reviews!

The NetGalley's Book Advocate Toolkit is a great resource for how to navigate NetGalley successfully. It includes helpful info for how to manage your feedback ratio and profile to improve your chances of getting approved by publishers. I especially appreciate the tips for how to use other social media platforms for sharing book reviews. I will be referring back to this often.
