Thank you NetGalley for the advanced copy of this book. I loved Angie Hockmans first book and I was so excited for this book.
What worked for me:
The floral shop was charming and absolute perfection. The friendship was so amazing and I love when they support and show up for each other. Also, the male MC made the book. Literally he was five stars. I adored him and honestly, wanted better for him.
What didn’t work:
Cass was not for me. I found her kind of whiny and annoying. She was also back and forth the whole book. I don’t want to diminish that trauma, but the plot choices where terrible. I was confused halfway through the book. I guessed the twists early on but it took so long to get there. I loved the end directions but we spent so long on the first that it wasn’t developed well. I ended frustrated. I missed the fantastic banter and chemistry we got in Shipped.

A new, fun romance without any of the usual tropes- I loved it! The characters and story were great, Cass meeting her literal dream guy in real life was something I’ve never read before. This was a quick, fun, read that I couldn’t put down. This was my second book by this author, she is quickly becoming one of my favorites!

I definitely wish the love interests were given more time together, but man oh man, that twist ending had me shocked! Time and again, the author left me hanging on. I was continuously surprised by the outcome of this story. I definitely recommend if you enjoy a wow factor in your reading. If you're a reader who prefers knowing what's up from beginning to end, maybe this isn't for you. Loved all the characters, from Cass to Marcus.

Overall enjoyable but a little too closed door romance for me. I prefer some time to savor the happy couple, not when it’s all thrown into the epilogue.

Thank you to NetGalley and Gallery Books for providing an advanced copy for review.
Cass Walker wakes after being in a coma, following a car accident. Her first concern is her boyfriend Devin, except he doesn’t exist. Cass has flashes of memories with a man she’s never met. Almost a year later, life seems to have sorted itself out. She has her perfect job and her best friend is her room mate. Nothing could derail her plans until she accidentally meets her dream man, Devin, in the flesh.
Cass is such a strong protagonist that it’s hard not to root for her. The male love interest is so sweet, he deserves nothing but the best.
There weren’t any of the typical romance book tropes that I noticed and I think that made the story so much more interesting. The plot is so different and unpredictable. All of the subplots tie in nicely.
The only thing I didn’t really care for was the epilogue. Some of it seemed unnecessary and took away from some of the charm of the storyline.

Thank you NetGalley for this ARC. I could NOT put this book down. I finished it in a day, and I still have a big goofy smile on my face as I am writing this.
I didn't know how this storyline was going to work. It reminded me of a Hallmark movie I watched during the holidays. I was pleasantly surprised! The only similarities the book had to the movie was that the protagonist wakes up from a coma thinking she has a boyfriend that she has never met and by chance she finds him in real life. Dream On had a couple twists and was reminiscent of on of my favorite moves, While You Were Sleeping.
I LOVE how Angie Hockman painted this story. It was light, fun, and sweet. Had all of my favorite elements of a RomCom: cinnamon roll love interest, strong female protagonist, unbreakable friendship bonds, fun banters, and HEA. I also LOVE when an author ties all loose ends with supporting characters as well as the main characters.

This ARC was provided to me via Kindle, Galley Books and by #NetGalley. Opinions expressed are completely my own.
Cute, whimsical and fun. I figured out who Cass would end up with, not how she knew what she knew though. It was a lovely read though I truly enjoyed.
