Having met Aurora in book one, I was eager to see what new adventures awaited her in book two. I love that this time we get not just Greek myths, but a little but of fairy tales woven in. The stakes are high, but Aurora refuses to back down as she fights back to save the innocent and the one she loves from a wintry fate. Stassiy did an amazing job with the world-building, really bringing Hyperborea to life around the reader, and bringing a chill to the air. After reading this, I'm hoping for a book three, I'd love to explore more with Aurora, and learn more about her life!

I really enjoyed this Greek retelling. It was well written with an interesting and engaging storyline and well developed characters that I ended up really caring about. The worldbuilding was also really good. A great quick and easy read.

Loved reading the mesmerizing and spellbinding paranormal story. When the Snow King and his Granddaughter, Eira, kidnap and spellbound Iraklis's heart to Eira. Aurora must go to Hyperborea to try and rescue Iraklis before it's too late and stop the Snow King's nefarious plans. Read the highly recommended, wonderfully written, and riveting story full of captivating characters and suspense.

A retelling that grips you from the first and keeps your attention to the end. Love the concept of a new dimension named Hyperborea. A fun quick read! I want more! Thanks #netgalley and #BooksGoSocial for the eARC in exchange for an honest review. All opinions are mine.

The second part of Aurora’s journey takes us to the land of Hyperborea where the situation unfolding is not less than any fairytale. Anya Stassiy has beautifully molded Greek legends and myths into this light-hearted tale of family, love, forgiveness, and balance.

Iraklis had a very small role to play in this book, but the love Aurora has for him makes him be a part of the story for much longer than that. After reading this book, I can definitely say that the author has made Aurora, a perfect counterpart to Iraklis. The former has also undertaken a quest like the latter and persevered.

I really want to read the story of Aurora’s mother. the author has not had her as a living character in the books and yet so much depended on her for the life, Aurora lived.

Anya Stassiy combined so many tales for this book and also gave a hint towards the story of Snow White in the last chapter. I think that a successful branching out has taken place. Hyperborea has the capacity of nurturing more stories in its cradle.

I read the first book in this series, and since I love series, I had to read this second one. This one is different than the first one because this feels more like a fairy tale. This book takes place mostly in Hyperborea, a different dimension than “regular” Earth. We have two tales running simultaneously: the present and the past which collide in interesting ways. This was a well-written and interesting tale, and while fairytales aren’t my favorite, the author kept me enthralled throughout. I’m interested in what will come next in Aurora’s life. Recommend. I was provided a complimentary copy which I voluntarily read.

I really enjoyed book one of this modern day greek pantheon story and this one mostly takes place in a whole new dimension of Hyperborea.

It's a really good myth retelling interspersed with some modern day scenes bringing the fairytale to it's conclusion.
