4 ½ Stars for this broken rockstar and his soulmate!
I love how the author is going back into each band member's story, because not everyone gets a happily-ever-after ... there are always ups and downs in every relationship. This book sure changed my mind about Ty and Zoey. In the first book I thought that they were very immature for being in their late 20s, but they are totally redeemed in this book. I LOVED them! My heart just broke for Ty at what he went through in his childhood ... it sure explains a lot of the things he did in the first book. Zoey is so in love with Ty and I think that she closes her eyes to lots of Ty's behavior. The twist at the end had my jaw hitting the floor. I can't wait for all the Encore books!

Kaylene Winter's Endless Encore embodies everything you would expect in a Rocker romance, the good, the bad and sometimes the very ugly. This book was a continuation of Ty and Zoey's original story, Endless, starting off slow and contemplative giving readers a chance to immerse themselves in this couple's feelings. By the second half of this book this author's audience was thrown into the full on meltdown of Ty. Readers could see Kaylene Winter shine as a writer as inner musings started to take form and suppressed emotions started to surface and escalate, set off by a series of difficult events. The volume of angst in this work was palpable and the tsunami of tragedies kept coming at a speed that made sure readers could understand why Ty was thrown off balance. There was no shortage of drama in this work. The deep connection of Ty and Zoey was put to the test in Endless Encore but their love was shown to be stronger than they gave it credit for. Of note this author did an admirable job of depicting mental illness.
Kaylene Winter does not do anything in half measures. Her stories are full of details and her emotional writing is immersive. Not only does this author personalize each of her cover couples but she creates social media and events bringing them to life. In the case of Endless and Endless Encore, well known romance book cover model Brandon Katz and his real life wife Tara Salerno are the faces of Ty and Zoey and could not be better casted. Their personification of Ty and Zoey takes Ms. Winter's LTZ experience to a whole new level of fandom. Readers will feel all the highs and lows of Ty and Zoey in Endless Encore for an emotional and memorable read!
This is an emotional, heart wrenching, beautiful, and spicy continuation of Ty and Zoey’s story. I absolutely love that we get deeper into their story, and that we get the “after” of their second chance. This book is a great story of love and healing and finding peace and accepting love from others, even when it’s hard. Ty’s history was never fully delved into during their main story. We knew he had a dark and difficult childhood, and that his mom’s addictions and struggles impacted him significantly, but here we get into the disturbing and devastating details, and we see the truly deep and invasive impact it has had on Ty and his life. Mental health is front and center in this story - not only recognizing the difficulties, but the support and dedication that is needed for the healing process, as well as the impact it has on loved ones. I thought the entire thing was handled beautifully, and Ty and Zoey had me with my heart in my throat for so much of this book. We’re also starting to get peeks into the other members of LTZ and what we have coming our way with their encores, which I can’t wait for.
Overall, this was an excellent story, a great next chapter for Ty and Zoey that showcases their love for each other, and the growth that they have done since those early days of young, first love. I just loved this book immensely.
Endless has always been my favourite love story in the LTZ world and I was thrilled that Ty and Zoey finally got their HEA at the end of the book. So I was not expecting what I read in Endless Encore when everything I believed in was turned on it's head!
I knew that Ty had had a bad childhood but Kaylene now reveals in Encore how brutal it really was for him. Just as he is getting ready to settle down with the love of his life, his past demons come back to haunt him and we learn about his struggles with mental illness. It truly broke my heart that the guy who I always thought was the sweetest and most beautiful person inside and out was suffering so much and had been for so long. His struggles to be the charismatic frontman of the band and the man that Zoey deserves are now out in the open and I wondered if he was going to be strong enough to survive.
Zoey is truly incredible the way she stands by her man. She knows him so well and is there to love and support him all the way as he struggles, but at times I wondered if her love would be enough to bring him into the light. I often say with many of the books I read that a box of tissues is a must to have by your side, but this time it is so true. I cannot count the number of times I burst into tears while reading Ty's story but I was not only saddened but also angry at the people in Ty's left who had contributed to his past suffering.
As Ty and Zoey's story comes to it's conclusion after a number of unexpected twists and turns it was with great sigh of relief that I finally turned out the light and tried to sleep. Believe me this might not be a book that you want to read before going to bed, Ty's story haunted me and really gve me a book hangover.
I cannot say enough about the brilliance of Kaylene's writing, the LTZ series is one of the best rockstar series out there but Endless Encore is way more than just the usual rocker romance it opens our eyes to mental illness, the one suffering and the helplessness of the people around them who do their best to support and love them. You must read Endless before you read Endless Encore to understand Ty and Zoey's story.
I would rate this in the fan fiction type of books. Now keep in mind I haven't read the previous books and considering this I was still able to keep up however, the story had way to much conflicts that turned into huge blow ups. I feel like some healthy communication and anger management could have avoid most of the blow up. Both Ty and Zoey are a little immature and seriously lacking in communication skills. Ty has anger issue although he been through a lot I would have hope this would have been address in the original book. Not sure if these Issue are a continuation from book one.
Anyway if you love drama-filled fanfic with lots of irrational blow-up. This is for you.

Endless: Encore is book five in the Less than Zero series and is a continuation of Tyson and Zoey's story from Endless. Ty and Zoey are engaged and Ty and the band have been on hiatus and life has never been better. In discussing plans for the future, both Ty and Zoey seem to want the same thing and the love they have for each other is explosive and palpable, but all the changes happening have issues related to Ty's past coming out in full force and he is overwhemed with managing his feelings, which ultimately ends up causing issues between him and Zoey.
This story was raw and emotional and a bit on the heavier side, but I think the author did a really good job bringing some very important topics to light. I think the story was well written and I think each book in the series keeps getting better and better. I definitely look forward to reading more of the LTZ family!
