An ok read slow but readable. 3*.

This book is a good read. It covers a lot of important topics racism, sexual assault, and loyalty in a very interesting way. The plot is conceptually great. It felt a little rushed, but I did enjoy it.

I was drawn in by the Cover and wanted to read something with subject matter I usually stay away from. I couldn't get into this book and didn't finish it. I do Thank you NetGalley and Fischer House Publications for allowing me a chance to read this.
