Thank you to NetGalley for providing an audio copy of this in exchange for an honest review.
This audio book was about 6 mins which is a great length for a children’s book. I thought the story was good but it lacked the many details I think I would have gotten had there been any pictures with it, besides the cover. Narration it sef was great. Also not really sure why a “painted bum” is a bad thing don’t most unicorns have rainbow tails ? Isn't that like the same thing ?
I think the pictures would have filled in some of the extra details the audio missed. Overall I would still recommend this book because it still instills a great lesson for us all. That true friends accept you for who you are and that doesn't mean you have to be perfect.

What a fun, imaginative book! The voices really got you into the spirit of the book and really drew me in.. I would say that this is great sequel to the first book!

This book was adorable! Great lesson in this children's book that friends accept you for who you are, and not because you're "perfect". They accept flaws. I wish I had a physical or electronic version of this book to see the illustrations attached because the cover art is beautiful, but I really enjoyed the audio version with the different voices. Very cute read!

Pretty Perfect Kitty-corn

this book is cute. I thought the main audio narration was good the unicorn part felt disjointed from the rest of the story. I’m not sure I would have went with a “paint Bum” as the focus but it made my kids laugh.
Thank you #NetGalley and Author for letting me view this title

This is a cute audiobook but I wish I could see it in print. I would buy it for my nieces and I would also be able to add it to our library reading program.

The narrators did an amazing job, they really brought the characters to life. My students will thoroughly enjoy this book.

A fun and short listen. My daughter loved this story and has fallen in love with audio books. This one was perfect.

Shannon Hale is one of the most versatile and talented authors of this generation. This sequel proved to be just as heartwarming and positive as its predecessor. While including silly situations and humor, Hale explores themes like perceived judgment and the pressure to be or appear perfect in front of those we admire. It's a fantastic read for everyone, adults included!

*received for free from netgalley for honest review* Pretty cute kids book, this series over all is simple but cute, good for younger kids and quick reads!

I listened to this in the car with my 4 year old daughter and she loved it! We had never played an audiobook in the car together before and she thought it was great then asked for more! I was worried that some of the words she wouldn’t know, but she actually asked about a couple and already knew a couple others.
The story has a great moral of friendship and being yourself.
I would recommend this nice and quick read to other parents!

I was given an advance copy of this audiobook in exchange for an honest review. This book was so cute and really came to life with the various narrators. The book must be a feast for the eyes. This is the story of Unicorn who feels the weight of having to be perfect all the time. Nothing can change true friendship. Flaws will never change the love family and friends have for you. Knowing this helps him feel a pride in himself which only helps him shine more brightly. What an empowering story! Thanks to #NetGalley, #I, #ShannonHale for allowing me to review early. It should help young people understand their value doesn’t depend on being perfect. Flaws happen but are easily overlooked by people who love always.

Audiobook listen while waiting for ebook or final print copy. Delightful and can only imagine artwork will enhance text: perfectly resplendent indeed!

Thank you NetGalley for allowing me to review this title on audiobook format.
Great story and I cannot wait to see the illustrations when this title releases in March.
I really enjoyed the story and loved how this will teach little ones to understand that everyone is not always perfect, even when it may seem that they are. Also, I thought it was important how the author teaches that even those who seem perfect may be sad inside. Lastly, it was a great ending for the understanding that your friends love you for who you are and it doesn’t matter if you’re a little messy.

Loved the unicorns and kitty corns. Good life lessons even a young age can be understood. We wish it was longer.

“Pretty Perfect Kittycorn” by Shannon Hale, is the darling follow up to “Itty Bitty Kittycorn”. In this sweet sequel, Unicorn is feeling pressure to live up to the “perfect” reputation that comes with being…. Well, a unicorn! Unicorn feels worried that without being absolutely perfect, maybe Kitty won’t want to be friends anymore. With great dialogue and wonderful full cast of narrators, this audiobook has great lessons in friendship, and being loved for who you are, flaws and all. I loved this one, and so did my young daughters.
I received a complimentary copy of this audiobook. Opinions expressed in this review are completely my own. Thanks to NetGalley and Dreamscape Media for the opportunity to listen and review.

What a fun second foray into the adventures of Unicorn and citty-corn. This one has another great message about not being perfect and communicating with friends. I loved the full cast audio.

This was the second Kittycorn book I listened to with my 5 year old daughter. She loved the original book and after listening to this one, she said she liked it too, but not as much as the first one. I tend to agree with her. This book is about being comfortable with who you are and being yourself around your friends. The message in this book didn’t come through as clearly as it could have. We would be interested in visiting the Kittycorn world again, but this book wasn’t our favorite.

This was a great story for younger kids. My daughter loves unicorns and kitty-corns, so this book was perfect for her and she thoroughly enjoyed it. Her only complaint was that she wished that it was longer.

Want to first thank Netgalley and the publisher for letting me read this in exchange for an honest review. Like Itty-Bitty Kitty-Corn, this book is adorable. It is a quick but fun read. I really think that kids will enjoy this one just as much as the other.

This was a pretty good story. I appreciated the message of the audiobook but some of the story telling seemed a little odd. The kids didn’t really find this one super engaging. Maybe if we heard/read more in the series we’d enjoy it more!
