As always Tijan gives a good story with twist and action. Her characters were interesting and her writing is always unique to her.
Okay, I need to start this off by say that in my book, Tijan can do no wrong. And that was hammered home in The Revenge. I don't know how she does it but Tijan's characters are always so unique, if a little quirky. Bailey and Kash are definitely going to become fan favorites. The Revenge is book 3 in The Insiders trilogy and as the finally book, it did not disappoint. So deliciously angsty, I devoured it in a single day.
A great read. Tijan knows how to always tell a great story. Excited for what she has next as I know it will be a interesting read. Carter Reed and Cole are my favorites.
The Revenge is Book Three in An Insiders Novel and it's really good. Couldn't put it down.
A Five STAR Read for all readers.
Fantastic conclusion to a great series. If you’ve made it to book 3 you know what a great series this is. The conclusion of the series lives up to the other books and doesn’t disappoint. I can’t wait to read more from this author!
The Revenge is the conclusion to The Insiders Trilogy. The story picks up right around where The Damaged left off. Bailey is working through her grief and finding herself again. Kash is working hard to keep Bailey safe, help her through her grief, to continue working and as always find his revenge. I cant even put into words how much I loved this book. It is so good. It kept me guessing the whole time. Things were constantly happening. The twists were so unexpected, I could hardly find a place to stop and call it a night. The end was worth the wait and Tijan did not disappoint. You will need to of read the first two book in the trilogy to read this one. It is worth every page and every penny.
I got this via Netgalley and then completely forgot that I had bought books 1-2 so here I am a year later reading this one lol!
I thought this was okay. There was a lot going on. i don't think it would be best to try and read it as a standalone but I cant tell you how to live your life :-D
Kash is EV.ER.Y. THING. The way he loves and protects Bailey is HAWT.
This is SPICY which i like, I know others don't so there you go.
Overall it was okay, everything from the previous stories is wrapped up so that was nice.
Another amazing book by Tijan! This is the must read conclusion to a highly addictive trilogy. I couldn’t wait to dive in and then couldn’t stop reading. This was truly a compelling story that kept me reading long after I should’ve been sleeping…needing to know how it all ends!
The Revenge is the third book in The Insiders Trilogy. These books need to be read in order. This book is the final book in Bailey and Kash's story.
There is so much that happens in this story. People are still after them. Secrets come out. Twists and turns like crazy. Their relationship changes.
Will they get their happy ending and all the answers they seek? I really enjoyed this series, and would reread them over again!
I finally got to read this and I really loved this series. It is AMAZING having such a strong FMC. Great conclusion to a great series.
Such an easy, great read! A happy ending is guaranteed and it kept me on my toes! 10/10 The characters are well written and the plot was easy to hang on to!
This series! I have been hooked on Cash and Bailey from the very beginning and after the end of ‘The Damaged’, I couldn’t wait to get started on this book to see where their story would go.
We start the book with Bailey dealing with her grief and being consumed by it. Everyone around her is treading carefully and trying to help, but the road is hard and I truly felt the grief along with her.
Slowly she starts to deal and live with it and sets her sights on something she can control, hacking and making plans for Team Batt! Team Batt are my favourite and I love how Matt gets excited by this.
Cash is all over the place trying to take down his grandfather and doing his best to protect Bailey. He knows her best and makes sure everyone follows his orders to keep her safe and away from stress. This is what I loved most about Cash, how fiercely he loved and protected Bailey in everything he did, major swoon!
When Cash comes across someone familiar to him, something he didn’t see coming, everything changes for him!
Cash and Bailey’s journey is full of twists and turns and things you won’t see coming. Bailey had the most character growth and I loved seeing her transform, along with the relationship she had with her siblings, that melted my heart with the love she had for them.
This series kept me hooked! It’s intense at times, but it was thrilling! Although that is no surprise, I love Tijan’s writing and her ability to pull you into the story. Cash and Bailey didn’t have it easy, but they always stayed true to the love they had for each other and I loved the strength of their relationship and how it came through on the pages. I could read about them all day!
And the epilogue was just perfect.
Yeah. This is exactly what I was waiting for when I started this trilogy. This author left nothing behind, and I ate up every crumb.
The final installment of The Insiders Trilogy, The Revenge is the third and last book by Tijan. You need to read books one and two to get the gist of the overall plot and if you have then brace yourselves because this conclusion is epic. For those who haven't started, then I highly recommend stating with the first book The Insiders.
The story continues with Bailey, Kash and their growing relationship and connection. These two are tested in every way possible, with enemies in every corner trying to tear them down.
I won't ruin anything by writing spoilers but I will say that this is a trilogy that is a must read. With twists and turns to rival a rollercoaster, suspense, angst, steam, action, drama, betrayal, greed and so much more. Definitely give this trilogy a try. You won't regret it.
I enjoyed the conclusion to this romantic suspense trilogy. I always enjoy Tijan writing style. I first found her as an indie author with the Fallen Crest series. She has continued to write indie and with a publisher for this series either way I enjoy her writing sytle with series ans standalones. This series didn't feel rushed, I like the story that was told and the emotion with the characters. And ofcourse the romantic suspense plot. This book wrapped up the series nicely
Tijan is my favorite author for a reason! This book was amazing! I love Bailey and Kash! Lots of action, secrets, and surprises. The chemistry between Bailey and Kash is off the charts too. One click worthy!
Mafia cartel is not my. Kemal genre of choice. Characters are in-depth, but lost as this was the 3rd in a series and I did not read the first two. Not a stand alone.
This book had me feeling like “meh” from start to finish.
The writing was just… average. Nothing special, nothing mind-blowing.
Bailey was alright, I guess. But Kash? Ughhhhh, he had the depth of a puddle. I was hoping for some growth, some surprises, but noooooooo 🤡
The plot had potential. There were moments of suspense and action, but they were few and far between. Instead, we got dragged through a messy storyline that felt like a jigsaw puzzle missing half the pieces. It was confusing af
Overall, it was boring and not bad but like bad, you know?
3.5 stars.
The conclusion to Kash and Baileys story was a bit of a hit and a miss for me. I enjoy this authors books, she’s been a must read for me for years, and i do love her writing. This whole series was a mix of highs and lows for me.
There were moments of sadness and action but also some lulls. After the events of book two Bailey is trying to pull herself together, and I wasn’t a huge fan of Kash. His character didn’t feel very deep for me throughout the series. As usual with Tijan her writing was easy to get into and The story itself was pretty good. This is dual pov which isn’t my preference and I did much prefer Baileys pov over Kash’s.
There were many highs and lows throughout but I do think she ended their story on a good note.
**Thank you to the publisher for the review copy. All thoughts and opinions are my own. **
This was the finish that I wanted for this series. Tijan gave Kash and Bailey the ending they deserved.
There was drama, suspense, and emotions to have your heart squeeze. Together they made each other stronger, better, and whole. Their chemistry and connection is something special that no one could break apart not even each other.
Kash is a badass but he's not just lethal, he's incredibly smart and calculating. He should be cold but for those he loves, he's warmth and love. He'll stop at nothing for those he claims as his and he'll give them everything for their trust and love in return.
Bailey is obviously a genius but she's not just book smart she's got plenty of other smarts about her too. She loves with her whole self and it's a special way that she loves her brothers and sisters she never knew about. The way she loves her mother even though at times she was more parent. Then the way she loves Kash is a gift.
The whole series in my opinion was perfect. The ups and downs, the conflict, the drama, and the suspense. The relationships between all the members of the family and those they keep close. It was nice to see some redemption for some characters and the demise of others.
I can't recommend this series enough.
As always I can't wait for what Tijan brings out next.

Bailey is hurting and she's so lost in her grief that she's barely functioning. Kash watches over and protects her while they wait for her to come back to them, all the while planning how he will end his Grandfather once and for all.
'But if something was going on with Bailey, I did what I always did. I watched, and I loved, and I would try to keep her safe until I had to swoop in myself.'
As Bailey comes awake again she sets about to help Kash. Not only to get revenge for her mother but to keep Kash safe so she doesn't lose anyone else. He has become everything to her and a life without him would be no life at all.
'Thinking back to the girl I'd been when I first met him - she never stood a chance. It was like her job was to fall for Kash. It was written in the stars. It was inevitable.'
Kash begins to unravel his Grandfather's world taking him down piece by piece so when he's defenseless he can strike. There are a few surprises left in his Grandfather yet and as they come out of the woodwork each piece puts a chink in Kash's plans. But he's been preparing for this for his whole life. He's adaptable and he has no plans to let his Grandfather win this time.
He'll do everything in his power to keep his family safe, in particular Bailey. She has become his whole world and he will never let her go or lose her again.
'She smiled, and it was like the first time I ever saw her, I felt a kick to my chest. She was in there. She tunneled her way inside and she never left.'
Happy Reading.
