the conclusion if the trilogy. WHat a ride.. Much action, revenge and being true to those who mean the most
I thought it had some slow spots which is why I gave it three stars
The Revenge is the third and final story in The Insiders Trilogy, and even though it’s a little bittersweet to say bye to these wonderful characters I must saying this was a satisfying ending to an entertaining series.
Oh. Wow. Emotional, intense, action packed from the very start to the last word. Unexpected in so many ways but y'all.. unforgettable in so many others.
I have been hooked on this trilogy y'all.. needing this book like me next breath and finally! It's here and the absolute BEST! I'm a Tijan fan for a while and her writing continues to be more addicting and powerful with each new release.. series.
The Insiders Trilogy definitely sits on my top Tijan books. If you haven't read this series then you are seriously missing out on some her best works yet. Different but gahhhhh.
I can't wait for the next Tijan book because let's be honest, I'm a huge huge fan and she's a auto buy for me.. ever since Fallen Crest.
I highly recommend this trilogy.
I love when a book surprises me. And wow did this one surprise me. I was riveted to the pages. The emotions this story brought out of me.. So much happened! I felt like I grieved with Bailey. A perfect conclusion.
The best end to this series! I love Tijan, and going through the emotional rollercoaster of these characters during the last book sent me into a mix of emotions but I loved every moment.
Packed with action and romance.
Many thanks to St. Martin’s Press and to NetGalley for providing me with a galley in exchange for my honest opinion.
Amazing book…I was so excited when I started reading this book because Tijan had me pulled in from the first book in this series. She did not disappoint with this book and I enjoyed seeing the interactions between Kash and Bailey. I loved their relationship and I like in every book of Tijan, she makes the main female character strong. I cannot wait to read Tijans next book.
did not finish
I have read one books from this author and it also got a bad rating form me. The writing style is not for me at all. The plots are always amazing but it’s a shame because the writing ruins it :/
I really wanted to enjoy this.
This was my least favorite of the trilogy but that being said I still really loved it!
I loved the plot and the twists and turns but my favorite part was the relationship and it was pretty clear from the book one that there would be a happy ending. I would have loved a little more of angst (and I am not typically someone who likes angst).
It was still a great book and I hope the author continues to write more like this!
This was a great conclusion to the series!
Tijan did a fabulous job developing and maintaining characters throughout an interesting and engaging storyline. The writing and dialogue were extremely easy to read, making for an enjoyable read. All in all it was a great book by itself and a great end to the series.
You definitely need to have read the previous books in the series.
Absolutely a great addition to this series and I loved how it all played out! There was a lot of intrigue and twists that gave this story the right amount of depth and a great conclusion to the end of the trilogy.
As usual it's another Tijan book I very much enjoyed it got a little slow for me in the middle but overall a good read. I look forward to re-reading this entire series in the future back to back to get the most out of it.
The Revenge is the suspenseful conclusion to the Insiders trilogy and it deals with the rich and famous and just what they will do to get what they want.
Bailey is grieving. Kash is consumed with finding out who betrayed them, along with taking care of his girlfriend who really does need him. The first part of this book gives a good overview of what happened to get to this point and the second half of the book is focused on the fun part -- The Revenge!!
There's plenty of action, suspense and tension as things unfold. Plenty of twists and turns too. The second half is very exciting in this respect. There's also plenty of moments between Kash and Bailey, which has really been the attraction for me with this series. While there is more suspense than romance in the last bit of this story, it's only because Kash and Bailey are an established couple at this point, dealing with all the nastiness around them.
I really liked this series. It kept things moving along quite nicely and the romance was very satisfying. There are some surprises too, which I always love in a romance.
Overall, a great ending to the series.
**3.75 Stars**
The Revenge is the final installment in The Insiders series and continues to take Bailey and Kash on a wild and crazy ride similar to the first couple of books. Bailey has certainly been through the ringer and she struggles more in this book with coming back from the traumas she has endured but Kash is never waivering in his love and support.
This book had no shortage of action and drama, but I did feel like at times it was a bit too much. I also felt like maybe the pacing of the book was a little off, like things were too rushed near the end. I liked the parts that focused on Bailey and Kash and I liked Bailey's siblings and I really liked the epilogue, though I too almost felt like there was so much put in there also. Overall, this was an okay read for me.
Thank you to Netgalley and the publisher for the opportunity to read an advanced copy of this book. All opinions expressed are my own.
The Revenge is the conclusion to the wonderful Insider's Trilogy by Tijan, and it's a great conclusion to a wonderful, suspenseful series. The Insider's Trilogy pulled me in from the first book, and The Revenge brings it to a wonderful conclusion. It's emotional and action-packed and Tijan does a great job wrapping up this series. Although it's sad to say goodbye to Bailey and Kash, this book is a worthy conclusion to the series. I will continue to recommend this trilogy and I'm excited to read what Tijan writes next.
Great ending to this trilogy. This had me from the start and I did not want to put it down. A bunch of twists & turns that I did not see coming. I would’ve liked to see more of Bailey and Kash together but the story called for the lack of time together. I am a fool for a good epilogue and this one was everything.
Charged, crafty, and alluring!
The Revenge is a captivating, action-packed tale that picks up right where The Damaged left off, with Bailey continuing to struggle with her grief over the sudden, tragic loss of her mother and Kash continuing his relentless pursuit of the one man consumed with taking him down, his cold, calculated maternal grandfather.
The writing is tight and intense. The characters are suffering, committed, and determined. And the plot is an enticing mix of friendship, family, danger, drama, heartbreak, revenge, support, desire, and love.
Overall, The Revenge is the third and final story in The Insiders Trilogy, and even though it’s a little bittersweet to say goodbye to the characters I’ve come to know and love over these past three novels, it is nevertheless a satisfying ending to an entertaining series that I highly recommend and will undoubtedly miss.
The Revenge is the final book in The Insiders trilogy and it might be my favorite of the three. I binged all three books in three days and it was one heck of a ride. Book two left us with quite the cliffhanger, so I was so excited to jump right into this one. BUT it would have been worth the wait had I read the others before this one - it is just that good.
At this point I love Bailey, the main character, and Kash, the love interest. Tijan slayed at making them complex and layered, even after they got together. The world of the insiders is also full of great secondary characters that keep you on your toes. Between the super good steam, edge-of-my-seat craziness, and solid relationship building, this couldn't be anything less than 5 stars!
Thank you to NetGalley and the publisher for an ARC. All opinions are my own and provided voluntarily.
OMG Kash and Bailey...
What an epic conclusion to this trilogy. The first sentence literally captures your interest and then you cannot put it down. This last book had so many twists and turns that I stayed on the edge of my seat. I loved seeing Kash become independent and slay his demons, aka Grandfather. I also loved how Bailey became a strong female lead character. I will be rereading this entire series now that they are all out to get the better read through of all of them!
I was so in awe of how all the characters came together and overcame differences. I hope to see some cameos and novellas of them as well.
I absolutely loved this book. It was very interesting and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who loves Tijan. Seriously excellent book and series
