This is a very good book for children. It's like a good geographical lesson. What makes this book so nice to read is the activities they included in the book.. You have a couple of recipes. You also have like Science activities. A couple of crafts. It's an all around good book. The book needs to be cleaned up a bit but other than that it's a great book for homeschooling.

I received a free copy of the book and is voluntarily writing a review

While I was familiar with the Histronauts series, I have not read any of them. The Histronauts are a group of kids touring the ruins of a Greek amphitheater when suddenly they get to explore and learn about ancient Greece with their new friend and guide, Kimon. They cover the main topics of Greek culture like mythology, theater, education, family dynamics, festivals, sports, government, and philosophy.
I thought this was an excellent way to make history engaging and digestable for kids (and adults), especially with the interactive activities spread through out. It was a joy to complete them myself! The crafts look fun, and I might have to hit the store for supplies. I think it's a great idea to have crafts and activities spread throughout the book. It allows for the reader to engage in the material in another way which in turn can lead to better retention of information and even better the opportunity to experience fun while learning.

Thank you to Netgalley for providing me with an eARC of this book in exchange for an honest review!
