I was very disappointed and DNF at about 35%
My main criticisms of the book are it was drawn out, alluding but not giving enough information about the 'dreadful event' throughout the book, changing time periods.
All of these things would have been so easy to fix, and it would have made the book much more enjoyable to read. Instead I felt as frustrated as I read it... disappointing.
