SIDE EFFECTS is a good read and I think a lot of readers will really love it if they like a really bad guy. There are tons of steam, lots of sweetness, a smart female lead, and a cinnamon roll hero who is seriously dirty in bed.

Levi Prescott has had the hots for his partner Madison Petrov for over a year, but at that time she had been in a relationship. One that he thought was not good for her since he did not think her boyfriend treated her well at all. Madison has had feelings for Levi but because they work together, she has held off, and also, she just doesn’t feel good about herself after the breakup. Now needing a date for her sister’s upcoming wedding she decides to ask Levi if he will be her date, to which he agrees. Once they go and are both happy there is a picture taken and put out with them which she feels bad about because he was up for a promotion at work, but he takes the hit. Now he just needs to get her to see just how serious he is about them being together and helping her to overcome her fears. A very good book with strong characters.

This was great for a quick insta love story not great for someone looking for tension and suspense along the way. Levi was a great and hilarious MC at times which made you love him. Madison was a FMC you could love or hate but I personally liked her a lot. I wish the book wasn't as instant love but everything else was amazing.

I really enjoyed how the author shows the deep desire that Levi and Madison feel and the mind numbing way the need and desire can be.

I also enjoy how Levi and Madisons relationship grows and how they end up relying on each other to help heal past wounds and trauma. Also the wounds that are reopened by future Events. With the ability to rely on each other to be able to go through the struggles and the curve balls that life throws at them.

100% do recommend. Will be reading more from. This author.

This is a good book. The two main characters are Madison and Levi. They are both paramedics on the the same team. Levi has been in love with Madison since the first day he meet. Six months ago Madison was engaged but she broke up with him. Madison ask Levi if he will be friends with benefits with her. Levi says yes, hoping she will fall in love with him. They each had their own issues but together they worked them out and fell in love.

Wow! This book was scorchingly hot! Madison and Levi are deliciously dirty and the high intensity of their job definitely transferred into the bedroom and - wow (fans face).

I loved their dynamic and the balance they created with each other. Madison is fierce but is so much more with Levi’s love and support - and Levi is the swoony, filthy hero we all deserve.

I've read a few of these Prescott family books now and something I do really like about them is how different they all are. With everything from rich boss romances to scary men with mafia connections and plenty in between. This time we have paramedic Levi, who falls for his partner, fellow paramedic Madison. This is against the rules and they both face losing their job if romance blossoms between them. I know that rules like this do exist, but I always find them quite strange, when you work in close proximity with people every day, the chances of two single people finding themselves attracted to one another like this is no doubt quite high and to forbid a relationship somewhat unrealistic, you can't help but feel for Levi and Madison in this position.
I really liked both Levi and Madison and thought that they made a great couple in this story. It's clear that they work well together and although things do start out a little more awkward for them, they really do belong together and will make a go of things.
Although the main stumbling block for our couple is the romance at work restrictions, most of the story deals with Madison coming to terms with her heartbreak and dealing with her family. It makes for an entertaining and ultimately very satisfying read. It's obvious that there's more to come for the Prescott family and I am looking forward to reading more from them,

okay i loved the concept of this book but for me it kinda fell flat. i dont like insta love. i need some angst, some conflict, perhaps some plot??? there was nothing going on in this book. both of the characters were perfect, hot, had no flaws = boring. an easy, brainless, feeling less read! i skimmed the last 50%.

As if we didn’t know “friends with benefits” never works out. Cute story, though. I loved Levi’s character but Madison made me a little frustrated. I was trying to come through the page and be upset for her when she was at the bridal shop with her sister. Exact same dress? Really?!!!? Why wasn’t she absolutely furious in that moment?! I liked the book but I didn’t love it.

This was a very spice romance with an HEA. I will definitely go back and read the rest of the series. Thank you to netgalley for the ARC.

This book start with *angst* we know that they know each other, how?, we will find that later, but we are witnessing how they chemistry develops, more and more until they and we can't handle it anymore.
It's an steamy friends to lovers, I loved it, romance it's on point, smut is on point, everything is on point. I recommend this book for those who love romance with steamy love scenes.

The story starts with a 1 year time jump after the couple first meet, dropping us right in after the tension as slowly built to where where the steam is ready to boil over. Giving us background to with both characters would agree to the deal. Much hotter than a friends to lover usually allows making for a very quick read. Its so spicy it almost borders on erotica but provider enough story to keep i in the romance category.

When I finished Bad Intentions, I was a bit sad. Because now that all the Prescott brothers (Theo, Sebastian, Max and Lucian) were hooked, who would I read about?

Fortunately the Prescott brothers have a few nephews, so that I can enjoy their stories as well!

We start of with Levi, who is working as a paramedic on an ambulance. When his partner retires, he gets the fiery and badass Madison Petrov as his new partner.

Levi, never the one to settle down with one single woman, is struck by her beauty and wit. But then she introduces her fiance to Levi…

Fast forward one year later. Madison and Levi have become fast friends and great co-workers. Madison’s engagement, however, has ended. And although Levi doesn’t know the reasons for the breakup, he does know that Madison’s confidence has taken a hit. Meaning that Madison is not ready for a new relationship. But when she proposes Levi a friends with benefits relationship, including posing as her boyfriend at her sister’s wedding, Levi doesn’t hesitate. He’ll take whatever he can with her, hoping that one day she’ll want more.

As usual, Tara’s stories are full of chemistry and sparks are flying everywhere. The relationship between the Prescott siblings is funny and cute. I look forward to see what Tara has in store for Noah and Hudson. Five out of five stars from me and a special thank you to Netgalley for providing the arc.

I really enjoyed Side Effects by Tara Wyatt. I had not read any of the previous books in this series and was able to follow perfectly. In fact, I never even had a thought about there must be prior books. Madison and Levi become EMT partners. Madison is in a serious relationship, so even though Levi is interested, they become good friends over the next year. Mid-way through that year, Madison's relationship blows up, but Levi remains there as a good friend. This all happens early in the book, so no spoilers. The rest of the book is the building of their romance. I really enjoyed this book and thank NetGalley for an advanced copy.

SIDE EFFECTS is a story of family and friendships, betrayal and acceptance, moving forward and love. The premise is captivating and consuming, quite a bit lighter than the previous instalment. The romance is seductive and steamy; the characters are energetic and dynamic.

This was my first time reading a book by author Tara Wyatt and I really enjoyed it. This is the 5th book in The Prescott series. I was able to follow along and read as a stand alone. Madison Petrov is an EMT that switched fire stations and becomes the partner of Levi Prescott. He is not looking forward to having a new partner and is distrustful of anyone. Sparks fly when they first meet but Madison has a fiancée. Madison gets out of her relationship when she finds out her fiancée is cheating and the other woman is pregnant. Madison and Levi decide to become friends with benefits even if it is against company policy. Madison is very cautious in the beginning due to being hurt by her ex-fiancée but Levi is all in. Madison mother does not accept Levi nor her daughter career and keeps bringing the ex-fiancée back in the picture hoping they will get back together as he is a doctor. Loved the romance between the two - this was a slow burn. Highly recommend.

Working as a paramedic for the NYPD, Levi has followed in his family's footsteps. After losing his firefighter father in Tower One on 9/11, his older brother Noah became a firefighter too. With Levi still wishing to help people, he became a paramedic. getting ready for a shift he is about to be introduced to his new partner which he isn't too keen on, however, the only thought in his head when he meets Madison is WOW!

Transferring to a new squad a year ago Madison gets on well with her partner Levi. Whilst she hasn't shared the nitty-gritty about why she called off her engagement six months ago they do tend to talk about most things. So when the subject of dry spells comes up and Levi confesses that he hasn't had sex for 14 months she is somewhat shocked by manages to let it slip that they could break their dry spells together.

Having wanted her from the moment he laid eyes on her Levi doesn't want to miss his opportunity to get close to her. Friends with benefits arrangement forms despite being forbidden in their work contracts. Still having issues with her ex Mads lets it slip that she has a new boyfriend and will be bringing him to her sister's wedding in a vain attempt to stop her interfering mom. Levi agrees to help but wants to change their arrangement to a real one for the weekend, to treat it as though they were truly a couple - what could possibly go wrong?

Side Effects is so sweet and I managed to finish it in one sitting. I have to say Levi and Mads are just hot and I can't get enough of them! The story starts after one year Levi and Mads have been paramedic partners and they already fell for each other but both are shy and unsure about each others' feelings. The steamy scenes just add to how crazed they are for each other and really did heat up the whole story. Sydney's wedding was ultimate knot that tied the two closer and showed how much love and support Levi has for Mads. Sweetest thing ever and hilarious too! Plus Noah being mistaken for a stripper got me laughing so hard! I just love this fast-paced and thrilling romance and I can't wait for more steamy romance about the Prescotts brothers.
