A fun and sexy space odyssey! Loved the characterization of both hero and heroine here but I especially enjoyed the heroine's inner dialogue. She was portrayed as competent, witty and sexy and we love a confident space heroine. The insta-love worked here and that's not always the case, kudos to Ms. Moss!
Thank you NetGalley for providing an ARC in return for my honest review.
I appreciated this book so much that I ended up reading more from this author.
I ended up reading this book in one day, it was a really fun read that had non-stop action as well as spicy scenes.
Tina Moss's Earth brides series has become my gateway series into a genre I didn't even know I enjoyed!
Another great and spicy installment in this new series. For fans of alien romance - this is it. I definitely want to continue reading the books in this series, I hope there are plenty more!
I was very excited for this book because I do love an alien romance from time to time and a brooding hero as well? Sign me up. Well, unfortunately I was overall a bit disappointed. Brok isn't so much tight lipped and brooding as he is domineering and Sage doesn't bring a lot to the table in my opinion. Both don't feel like fleshed out characters, I couldn't really attribute any characteristics to them, other than Brok is an 'alpha' as Sage describes him, and Sage herself is quite insecure about her looks. Both feel a bit too cliche for me especially because Sage is (surprise) very small and curvy, where all other women around her are tall and thin. Brok of course is huge and powerful. And while Sage is an engineer/mechanic, she doesn't really do much, even though she is described as very capable. She is more or less a damsel in distress for Brok to save. I was really hoping for a more balanced and less used up trope as insecure, but super beautiful heroine and large, domineering hero.
I am still giving the book three stars, because I don't think it's necessarily bad or I don't think no one will enjoy it. I just couldn't get really into it and felt it was all a little but overdone at this point and hoped for a more original set up.
I received this book in exchange for an honest review from NetGalley. All opinions are my own.

Good reads review:
This book was received for free in exchange for an honest review. Thank you to the Author and publisher for the opportunity to review.
This was the first book I've read by Tina Moss and in the series. I found it easy to follow and enjoyed the writing. Sage was a delight to read about and get to know. She is an amazing, smart woman. The story itself moved along well. There was plenty of action to keep the story flowing. Being a fated mates story, Brok knew very quickly that Sage was his mate and it didn't take long for the chemistry to show. I look forward to reading more in this series and more by this author.
This book was provided to my by netgalley and Tina Moss. All of my review is honest and freely given. Thank you for the chance to read this book.
The author has an amazing world build. I really like how she made new plants, flora, and creatures that were unique to the new strange planet.
This book was amazing I can't stress this enough. Tina moss was able to transport me to this world she was writing about and I felt like I was part of the action.
I loved that even though this book is part of a series it is easily able to be read as a standalone.
They played a unique spin on the trope of fated mates as well as close proximity. The fact that the male aliens end up being in a bland, painful, no- emotion state that is tormenting without their fated mate. this was definitely interesting and I wanted to find out more. I liked how sage was a strong and independent woman. She was also forward enough to tell bron what she needed within their relationship (dom/sub role).
I enjoyed that sage was not a weak female character but a strong minded, independent and stubborn woman at her best, even if it got her into trouble sometimes.
I will say that I am grateful for finding Tina Moss as an author and will be reading more of her work. I highly recommend this book and her work.
Thank you to netgalley for an arc of this book in exchange for an honest review.
This book was a quick, easy, trashy read you can probably tell what you are getting into from the cover and the blurb so it's refreshing in you get exactly what you expect from an intergalactic romance novel.
I read it as a standalone with no issues even though it's not the first in the series.
Set in the future, Earth is mostly inhabitable. Sage is a mechanic and while working on a space station is sucked into a wormhole. Brok follows her through as he feels a connection with her. They must find a way to survive and get off the planet and back home. They have chemistry and a connection and develop a relationship as they get to know one another. Sage is feisty and courageous and does a darn good job of saving herself. Brok respects Sage's skills as they work together to survive the planet. I liked this take on the alien fated mates romance. It did take an unexpected turn with the d/s elements that sort of appeared out of nowhere but that didn't bother me too much.
This book is part of an on-going cute women in space meeting cute aliens and falling love series. This particular novel features the mechanic which was fun if you liked Firefly and always wanted Kaylee to meet someone. Good weekend escape.
I received an ARC of this book through NetGalley. Thank you to NetGalley and the publisher for providing a copy in exchange for my honest review.
Romance, battle, adorable creatures, and aliens, what more could a reader as for? Sage and Brok are our MCs and I so enjoyed them together. Sage is a strong female character and battles her own inner demons, while helping Brok with his. Brok is the strong but silent type, but obviously a big softy when it comes to Sage. While this book falls firmly in the smut category, it also provides a strong plot that helps keep the book interesting. Sage and Brok get their HEA, but it is left open for the continued series and other Rhonar to possibly find their mates.

5/5
I am a woman in STEM! But make it an alien warrior is my soulmate trope.
I thoroughly enjoyed this book!
The world-building was precise and flowed.
The characters, especially Sage, were relatable and likeable from the offset. Sage was a strong and independent female lead.
The book's plot kept me on the edge of my seat. A perfect amount of action led to excellent relationship-building scenes between Brok and Sage.
There was depth to each character's decisions, which helped the plot flow.
Brok had a very developed back story that surprised me, setting this book apart from others in the genre.
Bonus: there are adorable teleporting furry animals!
Story of the Aliens in search of their true mates continues. Good follow on with new characters in a new setting - with some sci fi adventure as backdrop to the mates who accidentally find each other, think of the odds! But it's all fun. The whole "submissive" thing was an odd turn of events.
Another knock out by Tina moss. I love that there wasn't just a repeat of the last book. I loved the strong female lead and her chosen mate. I loved the danger and the battles ..and who doesn't love a vibrating........
Yeah seriously amazing could be a standalone if you wanted but better as part of the series
A big thank you to NetGalley and City Owl Press for the ARC. I am voluntarily reviewing this book. This is part of a series, but reads great as a stand alone. I found this to be a fun book. Quick read. Bron the alien saves sage multiple times. Adventure, I just enjoyed the book. 4 stars
Alien's Mate by Tina Moss is MY KIND OF BOOK!
The author did an excellent job describing the new planet that the characters crash landed on. That is the aspect of the book that stood out to me the most! It was exquisitely executed...everything from eh descriptions of the flora and fauna to how the characters interacted with them. It really pulled the reader in and made one feel like you were actually there!
The main hero? God damn ladies? My kindle was on fire!!! I loved him soooo much. What resonated with me was the plight of the males of his race, it was very reminiscent of Feehan's Carpathians except that the aliens don't drink blood. In other words, the males of the alien race can mate with humans but they lose emotions without a mate etc. But that is where the similarities end because the authors writing was far better!! I could not put it down.
The heroine had her insecurities but our main guy? Ah yes I loved how he helped her move through them all!
I cannot wait to read more from this author. I am very glad to have discovered her.
The universe in which this was set effortlessly created, the characters were well developed and the story line was amazing. And well we cannot forget the spice and the lead up...my good ness the author had us WAITING but the building tension was absolutely worth it.
