Definitely some nuggets of wisdom but the format of the book was very choppy. I didn't find it as erotic as others may have but does focus on the sensual self.
Overall a pretty good book for getting in touch with your spirituality. There were some interesting sexual aspects in this that I did not connect with at all, but everyone has different approaches to spirituality so I'm sure this works for some people. This is one of those that has some info that was amazing ad I connected with immediately and other things that just weren't for me. So you take what works and leave what doesn't with many spiritual guides like this one
A very interesting book but I didn't fully connect with it in the way I had hoped. I enjoyed the author's voice but, for some reason, I lost interest a bit midway through.
Un po' superficiale purtroppo e fin troppo dai tratti erotici, palesemente un self help book di stampo New Age. Non è decisamente il mio, ma nonostante tutto potrebbe risultare utile a qualcuno
If you feel like you just need to be at peace with yourself and your place in the world. This is a good book to help you achieve that blissful peace. You learn to listen to yourself and want you want to be whole in life and connected. This book has hand on times and exercise so you can apply want you have learned to your daily life. It does have a spiritual energy yoga vibe but if you have been feeling out of place or touch in the world this gook will ground you.
The sexual approach to this book blew my mind, and not in a good way, as a yogi and someone who has studied spirituality (before the 2020 craze) I find this book too much. And more and more authors are right their story saying that that how you achieve something in the spiritual world, so many components are missing, other than details about author and their traumas.
Sexualizing a spirit needs to stop, comparing things to orgasms needs to stop.
I also found her lack of research very prevalent or only how she viewed it. 1/2 through the book I could not finish.
