I really liked the atmosphere and the plot of Wilder Girls, but unfortunatley I didn't enjoy the ending. But the first part of the book was really good and I fell in love with the characters, all of them.
This kit was really fun, I liked the quiz and it felt like a magazine from when I was a teen. I'm definitely taking the book and show recs!

I cannot wait to use this kit with my students. Perfect for librarians teachers who want to immerse students into the book. The food and drink recommendations take out the guess work on what to provide and the water bottle labels are the perfect touch. My students are all about music and playlists and I really appreciate when these are already put together with songs that are popular and not dated. The discussion questions are well written and the quiz will be a huge a hit with my young readers. I would love to see a bookmark option added to give out and perhaps a note directed to the reader.

After finishing this short but sweet kit, I feel it added to the reading experience and provided lots of topics for discussion among readers.
The author's interview is really great. Rory Power's ability to write a mystery-filled book with a scary setting and gory occurrences, and I loved the insight into her writing process.
The other elements in the book club kit, such as the playlist, further book recommendations and recipes, would be perfect for an in-person book club. The extra book recommendations were great too as when I finished Wilder Girls, I was looking for similar books. The reader questions opened up a discussion about the characters, plot and setting.
The only thing that may not be successful is presuming people are attending in-person book clubs when in reality, social media and virtual book clubs are more popular and prevalent in the book community, especially since Covid-19. The digital space among readers has exploded, so I think targeting the online community is very beneficial.

Thank you for letting me read this kit, It was nice to get more insight from the author of the book..

This is amazing! I loved Wilder Girls and the book club kit was fun to read through solo and would work great for a book club, too. The drink ideas were a blast. I loved the playlist. My favorite Wilder Girls-related thing was the quiz. The flow chart was fun, too! And I'm always into "read/watch this next" lists. I had read most of the recs, but I did find one new book!

I really like these book club kits. I enjoy reading the author letters and the questions generate good discussion. I was a little disappointed that this one didn't have unique recipes for the story but I understand why.

I really love this book. It takes a moment in the bezinning. But I loved it.
I would read more from this author. Looping Forward to it.

This was a great book club resource for Wild Girls. It included an interview with the author, questions to discuss with your book club, a playlist and some great food and drink pairings. I run a sapphic book club and although I've already read Wilder Girls, I'd consider re-reading it with my group just because of how amazing this kit is!

**I received a free ARC of this novel in exchange for an honest review.**
I really enjoyed the playlist they included in the book club kit download, it makes understanding the book's atmosphere a more exciting adventure. It makes me want to read the book even more now.

This is a great dystopian story. Even in the beginning i couldn't feel the vibes. But the more, i read the more i found someting more fun within.
It's an open endings kind of story that that put me in a suck emotion. As too many questions unanswered left in my mind.
What I liked the most was how the story itself went on. It was a bit rude but didn't play around the bush. The character grew up well in fighting and surviving.

Wow, this book... It reminded me of the Grace Year a little bit. I enjoyed it very much. The ending seems incomplete, but I hope it gives room for a sequel. Great Characters and storyline, I would definitely read more of this author's work.

Thanks to the author, NetGalley, and the publisher for making this book club kit available. I enjoyed the sense of humor inherent in this esp when it came to food and water pairings.

thank you Net gallery for the opportunity to explore this book club kit. I like that the activities are not too serious and give the participants the opportunity to devise their own symptoms. The water bottle covers are a nice touch.

I love these Book Club Kits! This one is awesome including so many great questions to use in your book club discussions. It made our book club meeting so much more interesting!!

This kit was so fun and really got the mood just right for the reading! I didn’t realize that NetGalley offered book club kits, and was so excited to see this one available.

Another book club guide, another chance to overthink! Like the other We Are Bookish guides, this one contains an author interview, discussion questions, recommendations, book club food suggestions, and more—hilariously, instead of bookmarks, this one offers custom printable water bottle labels, and I low-key want to print out the Raxter Blue one to use as...well, probably not a water bottle label. Maybe a bookmark, actually.
Lovely to get another lens through which to consider the book (...I had to pause on the third page to go look up pistol shrimp), in particular the discussion questions that Power herself added. The reading suggestions here also seem particularly on point...and are also a reminder to me that Power's second book has been languishing on my to-read shelf for a while now, and it's probably time to fix this.
As per usual, I recommend these kits for book clubs, students writing book reports or papers (cite your work!), and (ahem) chronic overthinkers.
Thanks to NetGalley and the publisher for providing a free copy of this book club kit.

I'm surprised that NG is asking for feedback on the book club kits, but this one is well done! Not sure I have much else to say. I'm already someone who enjoyed the book, so was curious what kind of resources were available for a book club.

4.5/5
This Kit seemed to think of everything if you were throwing a party for your book club. From decoration, to playlist to even fun water bottle labels. This kit seemed like it was more about connecting it to other books and providing games then being an in depth kit with a lot of discussion questions or open ended questions. That is in no way a bad thing but if you are expecting a more question based kit then this one isn't for you.

A really fun way to summarise the book!
The interview with the author was really insightful and the inclusion of the water bottle labels and quiz at the end was a great idea!

Very interesting to read to have bonus informations about the book and all !
It was nice to have all this bonus content :) it's a sweet Book club kit !
