This book was very winning to read! Eloise and Robert have a very deep and adoring chemistry that crackles on the page, especially when the two are working together to figure out what happened to Eloise's brother, Timothy. What I liked most about the story was the meaningful relationships that the two had with the people around them as well, it showed that they were not an island, and it allowed us to learn more about characters like Bill, Timothy, and Lucy.
I'm planning on reading the others in this series when I can and hope that Eloise and Robert continue to make appearances, especially with how their storyline resolves. I do wish there was a bit more resolution between Eloise and Timothy, but for where it ended, I was happy enough.
