I was very excited to read a memoir by the man who wrote one of my favorite tv shows Deadwood. David Milch has lead a very interesting life. This memoir deals with his struggles with drinking and gambling. It is very well written and a quick and enjoyable read. I would recommend to book groups and possibly to people interested in writing/screen writing because it does touch on that part of his life.
