This was such an interesting book! I really enjoyed this but felt like I was a bit lost at times. I feel like it could maybe use another round of editing but this was still a fun time nonetheless

I received this Arc from Netgalley. Thank you for the chance to read this book early. My review is honest and 100% my own thoughts about the book.

This book was a multiverse at best. The Main characters β€œpowers” is to travel to alternate universe. With this power they accidentally trap their friend in an alternate universe. They become trapped and caught while they were on their rescue mission. The main characters come to find their Doppleganger.

I loved the authors point of view on a Multiverse and providing alternates of each person in each world. The writing was deep and interactive.

This is a beautifully told story. I flew through it and can highly recommend it. I requested this not knowing it was a sequel, so bear that in mind. But otherwise I was blown away by the beautiful immagery.

It wasn’t until finishing this book that I realised it was part of a series, so reading reading the first book definitely would have helped as I was a little lost in places.

A strong, unique storyline. I’m definitely keen to go back and read the first novel, as I feel my rating isn’t truly fair not haven’t read that.

The 2nd story picked where the last one ended and this one was way better than the 1st one. The story this time caught my attention from the very beginning and we got the right information when needed without too much info dump.

There were some new relationships developing through this book and also plenty of plot twists, some funnier but some more serious. I enjoyed the relationship development between Erik and Drew 2 even tho Erik was still sort of into an old relationship - which complicated things.

The 1st Drew had an enormous character growth through this story and I enjoyed the mental link he shared with Drew 2.

The conversations between them did improve a bit, but I still feel there's something missing to make it more interesting, their conversations just feel flat and boring.

Overall this 2nd story has been better and I've enjoyed it more than the 1st one, the story as the first one contains queer representatives and cancer survivor.

I honestly don’t know what to say. I love this series. I’m not sure if there’s a third book, but still this was brilliant. The progression of characters, the PLOT, the ending! everything was great I would read again in a heartbeat.

This was a fast read and a great YA storyline. It was an interesting world though I wish I read the first book!

I enjoyed the storytelling of Unfolding and the multiple points of view and timelines. The story has many unique elements such as Indian mythology and religious aspects and an emphasis on the metaphysical. Em is a strong main character and all of the supporting characters are lovable and interesting. β €

Unfolding is a fun middle-grade/YA book with likable characters and a great plot. It may be helpful to read book 1 first. I was kind of lost at times.

This is a well written book with a really good storyline and well developed and likeable characters. I sped through it and loved every minute of the vivid descriptions and imagery. The front cover is also stunning.
