Ryan is an star MLB pitcher who has returned home to the small town of Kissing Creek to nurse a torn ACL. Soane is a feisty librarian new to town and ready to shake things up, starting with a steamy romance book club. They’ve got nothing in common but everything to lose.

I adore a small town, enemies to lovers book! The main characters are so easy to fall in love with and the secondary characters only add to the cute and small town feel of this one.

it was my first time reading Stefanie London's book and i must say that i really enjoyed this book. this was a lighthearted, funny and fast read book with incredibly lovely characters and it has all my favorite tropes and i devoured this book in one sitting!!

it was set in a small town, and mind you, a small town with lots of awesome and entertaining group of secondary characters that makes the story more interesting 🥰 in this story, you have a baseball player , Ryan - , golden boy and he READS!! , came home to Kissing Creek after getting sidelined for an injury. Sloane is a fiesty, dinosaur loving librarian. they were opposites, total opposites of each other. they do not like each other in the beginning, but you can tell the undeniable tension and attraction between them from the start is very much palpable. i really loved the chemistry between our two mc's Ryan & Sloane, especially their witty banters.

also the writing style of the author Stefanie London was amazing. i definitely will be checking her booklists and reading it.

don't think too much, just read it already!!

Whoa! What a ride. It was very fast-paced. The writing style kept me hooked and I didn't find myself losing any interest. I enjoyed getting to know each of the characters and how real the story felt. The author did a great job painting the setting, so it was easy for me to visualize the scene played out before me. I recommend giving this one a chance!

This was a really fun, lighthearted read. I have to say, I don't always love "sports romances" (not because I don't love sports - I do. Just because usually the athlete is overflowing with testosterone, which I find really cliche) but this one didn't have that problem.

Sloane is witty and clever, and I really like that Ryan recognizes those qualities in her as much as how she looks. Evolution - even in characters - is a wonderful thing.

The side characters are a lot of fun in this book, and I hope to see some of them in future outings.

3.5 stars. This book had a bit of a slow start for me but I really liked it. I enjoyed getting Sloane's perspective of living in a new town and having difficulties finding friendships and romantic relationships. I feel like it was something I was able to relate to easily. I also enjoyed that the main characters met because of a steamy book club I found that whole aspect hilarious and even made me want to pick up a copy. I also enjoyed that the two main characters had different plans for their future and therefore falling in love with each other did not seem like a wise choice. Overall it was a cute small town romance. I am excited to read more from this author.

I did not finish, the pace was too slow, the characters were not engaging, I did not feel the chemistry between them. I liked the make character, not so much the female character.

Kissing Games by Stefanie London portrayed some characters that were affable and stand-outs. Ryan and Sloane fit these characteristics. Sloane is all heart, and Ryan is a magnet to her quirky charms.
A nice read overall.

Kissing Games brings the reader back to Kissing Creek and the charming small town well known for its punny business names and warmth. This is a full standalone book so don't let that put you off.

I enjoyed this book immensely. I loved Ryan and Sloane, they both have such great personalities and so much growing and learning to do along the way. I loved how quirky Sloane was and how there was never a change in that, no attempt to turn her into a stereotypical librarian or quirky turned hot girl. She was who she was and never strayed from it. I really appreciated that.

A sweet romance I couldn't put down just what I needed.

This was a fun, flirty, small town romance with some steam. I loved the banter between Ryan and Sloane. It was sarcastic and funny. There were some hilarious moments with the residents of Kissing Creek. I would have liked more angst and drama between Ryan and Sloane but it did end with a (convenient) HEA. Maybe I’m the only one, but I would have liked to know what Sloane’s mother’s profession was. It is a puzzle that remains unsolved.

I loved this book. It had lots of humour, a few tears (but not too many), and some smoking chemistry. The H & h were both very likeable and their conflict realistic. The ending was great. Overall, just a really enjoyable story with great banter. *I received an ARC of this book from Netgalley and this is my voluntary and honest review.

I have to say I was sad for Sloan for a good part of this romance. This was a cute small-town romance with some super funny moments. Who doesn't love a love story about a quirky librarian and a baseball player who is recovering from an injury?

Sloan and Ryan's journey is seamless and I like that - I enjoyed that these two communicated and made a decision to be together even for a short period.

I just found their relationship drama free and focused on the good/ happy parts.

The climax is just as swoony and romantic as expected. Although small-town romances aren't my favorite I did enjoy this one.

I am a sucker for a main character who is a librarian. I will grab the book and go every time I see this happen.

I love the banter and chemistry between Ryan and Sloane along with all the odd situations that happen. This more for Ryan than Sloane in some ways, but it was all hilarious. If you are looking for a fun read that you will have a hard time putting down and need the laughs this is a book for you!

❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ out of 5
I’m a sucker for a good sports romance and this one had me hooked from the start with a grouchy hero and a quirky librarian heroine. This was a perfect small town romance that had my ereader glued to my hands.

Our hero is back in his home town recovering from injuries that has him missing out on baseball season, and to make matters worse he can’t seem to sleep because his parents are keeping him awake with their nighttime activities….. When he finds out their nighttime activities have been inspired by the library’s book of the month choice he feels he has no choice but to confront the librarian responsible. He however wasn’t expecting to be so attracted to said librarian.

Grumpy heroes are my favourite! And yes I love when he meets the quirky sunshine heroine and our dinosaur obsessed quirky heroine in this book is the absolute best! They start out with a friendship that develops into more and it totally pulls on my heart strings. Both characters have their hurts and find love with each other and show so much support for the other! Love love loved this book!

I hopped into this book not knowing that it was a series until I looked it up later. However, I do feel like you can read it as a standalone because I didn't feel lost at all.

Ryan Bower is a big shot pitcher for a Major League Baseball team who has been injured and decided to go back to Kissing Creek. Ryan finds out that his mom is reading a steamy novel for her bookclub at the library. Ryan ends up going to the library not to confront the librarian, but to get some books. However, Ryan ends up meeting Solane and confronting her about the book that is being read. Sparks start to fly between them and this is the beginning of it all.

I really enjoyed this book and the chemistry between these two!

Thank you #NetGalley for the advance copy and my honest review!

Thank you Netgalley for providing me with an arc of this book in exchange for an honest review.
First of all I really liked the Kissing Creek, adorable cute town. Sloane is the sympathetic librarian of the town, she is so friendly but also lonely inside. Ryan is a Professional baseball player who is in home rest because of his injured knee. While in his recovery he stayed with his parents While he stays with her family while recovery process, the library's book club choice creates a toruble form him. Cause the book of the month is a adult romance with sexy details and his parents try few chapters  Thanks to this book, Slone and Ryan's paths cross and the story begins.
Slone has become one of my favorite female characters. I really liked her childlike structure and her effort to be happy in life. Although Ryan thought that he had found his purpose in his own life, he was actually a character who could not decide exactly what he wanted. Firstly they did not like each other but in time their relationship grew step by step and reading their journey was great.
Towards the end of the story, I was terrified, thinking that one of them would give up their life expectancy in order to continue their relationship. Fortunately, they finally managed to find the middle ground.
As a conclusion this story was fun to read and I recommend this one who loves to read romantic comedies <3
