A really accessible and enjoyable guide to different forms of spirits. The personal stories are very relatable and fascinating, and the practises useful. Highly recommended.

This book is very doable in its scope and teaching techniques. If you are curious about spirit contact and wondering what it is all about or if you are already spiritually connected you will find this book easy to understand and put into practice. The exercises given are placed in an order that leads to success I found. One of the most honest and promising parts of this book is the sections labeled the flip side. In other words what if you have problems with an activity or feel something in your practice isnt right.If that happens Ms Welch gives solutions for everyday problems or concerns about spirit influences in your practice. Being a guide for spirit contact sometimes the spirits that are contacted are not always in your best interest. Ms Welch gives advice on how to handle that as well as ways to protect yourself while working positively . This book is awesome and I am sure many new people will give this a try successfully!

There are some great ideas, insights and practices in this book. Forex. Astral projection method is very practical. Yet some teachings are left undeveloped and it is not clear what is the intention behind too much abstract text. Beginning of the very first chapter is little anticlimactic and in some ways sets tone for the whole book, and the reader may wonder why bother at all to make contact with spirits. As I remember the previous book about magic of connection was much better and friendly written. But maybe it is impossible to present full teaching in several pages after all. So find what is useful for you (and there are useful methods here) and you can leave the rest for some other time or discard it in favour of some other books.
