The characters were well-developed as were the settings. I liked a couple of the characters and story lines but when the narrative switched it was hard to follow sometimes. The story was memorable though, and the coming-together of the story lines was satisfying. I also enjoyed the art tie-in with the graffiti. it was a 3 star story for me.
