Thank you Netgalley and the Publisher for my ARC in exchange for my honest review. This was an enjoyable book.
This one took me on an emotional rollercoaster! I'm a sucker for a good love story. Thank you NetGalley & the publisher for the advanced reading copy!
Such a good read! This book had me hooked from the first line, I finished it in a day because I just couldn’t put it down. It is one of those books that is just a feel good read and perfect for those days where that’s what you need. Lorri and Ryder are such cute characters . I look forward to reading more books by Nancy!!
A beautiful summer ready! This one is taking you on an emotional roller coaster of second chances leaving you feeling satisfied and full. Grab your tea and hit the cottage porch because you won’t put this down until you’ve finished!
This is a sweet romance about two people who are overcoming grief and finding a way to move on with their lives. Mister is the comic relief, a jumbo sized Great Dane pup. My favorite part of a book is usually the dog. One warning- the book deals with the aftermath of a drunk driving incident. I know that can be very hard to read about for some. Thank you to the publisher and NetGalley for allowing me to read this book. I imagine I will see it on the Hallmark channel one day.
The Wedding Ranch by Nancy Naigle is a beautifully written story about love, romance, kindness and forgiveness. I loved the symbolism of the butterfly for hope. Read it you will love it.
Loved this book! Such a sweet book that had me reading it in a couple days and didn't want the story to end! Love all of Nancy Naigles books! This story is beautifully written!
This romance had the depth surrounding the characters journeys through grief and their past trauma. This story was not neccessarily my cup of tea, but I think it's perfect for fans of Hallmark movies.
I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own. This is a second chance at love story, that is just so sweet and I adored it. There are familiar characters from a few other books from this author that made me smile. This book was a roller coaster of emotions and I loved every second of it, once I started I could not stop.
The Wedding Ranch, by Nancy Naigle, was a wonderful women’s fiction novel with a perfect story of romance. Ryder and Lorri have both been through rough times and are looking for friendship. When Lorri moves to Dalton Mill, a small town outside of Raleigh, their chance meeting sparks a new friendship. This story is full of love and a few tears as Ryder and Lorri learn to trust each other and themselves.
It was a such a sweet, warm story, that left me with all the fuzzy feelings. I really loved and enjoyed it
Ms. Naigle pens a sweet uplifting contemporary romance between two souls with great sorrow. They are now finally rediscovering their zest for life when they discover their tragedies interconnect. Can they overcome the past and move on...together?
Set in a small town, colorfully described and her characters are fun to read about. I enjoyed it immensely and recommend it for any romance lover.
I received a NetGalley ARC gratis anf offer my opinion in the same vein.
This was a delightful book about second chances.
This was such a nice book with wonderful characters and a perfect sounding town. I loved the dog too! Perfect story all around!
Thanks to the publisher and Netgalley for the early copy
this is a wonderful story. she is a divorced and moves to a new town in the country , she lives near the wedding ranch, a place that used to be barns and other outside buildings on the ranch, if you like stories with second chances and dogs, horses and family you will enjoy this book . could not put it down i was given a copy of the book by netgalley but this is an honest review
Thanks to NetGalley and St. Martin's Press for giving me an eARC of this book. I am very happy I got an early peek at this lovely book.
This is a wonderful story of second chances, moving past previous hurts, growth, forgiveness and love. I liked the characters (and as seems to be typical with me, I loved the dog!!). It was an easy read and I can certainly see this being made into a sweet movie.
If you are a fan of Hallmark Movies and romantic, second chances, you will love this book.
Lorri thought she had found love at a young age. Her boyfriend had been by her side when life was dark. Until, as her husband, he discovered something, and someone, better.
The best thing he ever did for her was buy her a puppy... as he was leaving her.
Ryder had found the love of his life. Until a tragedy took her and their child away from him.
Now he pours his heart and soul into his family, although he harbors a few grudges.
He is a man's man, riding the fences of his ranch and lending a hand however needed to help his niece and nephew build their own dream.
I enjoyed how Ryder and Lorri met. I liked that they decided to become friends and not rush immediately into a romantic situation. I admit that I saw the huge conflict coming from the start and the last ten per cent of the book was my favorite. Smaller conflicts were resolved perhaps a bit too simply and quickly. I would have liked the obstacles to love to have been more challenging.
Overall, the book is a great women's fiction contribution. Characters are likable, especially Mister.
I appreciated how Lorri came into her own once she broke from her past.
It is a novel of acceptance and forgiveness.
Thank you to the author, SMP and Netgalley for letting me enjoy this book.
I am recommending it to friends.
This is a clean romance - a sweet story of learning to overcome grief, letting go of the past, and learning to forgive yourself and others. If you're easily triggered by grief and/or drunk driving situations, you'll want to avoid it. It has elements of small town living, long term friendships, and new relationships. At times it seems like there's no way out of this hot mess, but it all pulls together nicely. There are undercurrents of faith, but I wouldn't label this an 'inspirational' read.
I really really loved this book! It hooked me from the very beginning and kept me hooked the entire time. Well done!
I enjoyed this book. It was heart felt and romantic. I loved the characters. I'm grateful that netgalley let me read this in exchange for an honest review.
A sweet, clean story of love and forgiveness. A story of letting go of the past which can pull a person down and change the focus of making the future better. I really enjoyed this book and highly recommend reading it. Some of Nancy’s other books have become movies. I could definitely see this as a GAC Family movie!
