When I think of romance/ women'sfiction, I think of books just like this one, that gives all the feels and satisfies every romance junkies' heart. This is a perfect books to snuggle up with on any day. I love Leslie North.

This is a good book. The two main characters are Elise and Bastien. Elise and Bastien have a one night stand. Several months later Bastien’s grandfather ask Bastien to do a community project for him. The community project is Elise’s salon, to make it grow. Bastien did not know Elise was pregnant. He helps her grow her business. There is still mutual attraction. They each have problems but together they work them out and fall in love and have a baby.

i had a hard time getting into this one. i just don't think this authors writing style is for me. i think it has a great concept and others might still like though

A predictable, fast paced read. I was hoping for a bit more character development as some parts felt rushed and glossed over.

The second book in the Durand Billionaire Brothers series, this brings us the story of the middle brother, Bastien. In this story we see there is more to him than his Playboy exterior. He and Elise meet and instantly connect and end up having a one night stand. Not one for relationships, he leaves in the morning before she wakes up. He does, however, leave a business card for her so she can contact him. When she finds out she is pregnant, she tries reaching him, but is not successful. When his grandfather assigns them a community project because of some unpleasant publicity the brothers brought on themselves, Bastien is assigned to help out a salon with their finances. It just so happens Elise is the owner and quite visibly pregnant. Due to the poor state of her finances, Bastien helped her out and they got to know each other better. After a disturbing discovery, Elise leaves to protect her heart, but is determined to show her he has changed and she is the only one for him. This was an emotional and heartwarming read, and the characters were amazing and had sizzling chemistry. A really nice addition to the series!

You can’t help loving Bastien. Even though he is required to do his grandfather’s demand from him, he knows it was for his own good. A big surprise for Bastien is that his required community project was Elise, a previous one night stand. Find out why she wasn’t making money in her busy salon. Seeing her again made it all worthwhile. Of course Elise fought their attraction all the way, they both knew they were falling for each other and with the result of their one hot night together, complications abound.
Of course no romance is without its rocky road and this one is no exception. Excellent book and series from Leslie North.

I always enjoy Leslie North books. They are fast reads with lots HEA. Bastien is a billionaire who Grandfather as given him an ultimatum and wants him to mentor a salon owner in business. When Bastien goes to the salon he realizes it is Elsie his one-night stand who is pregnant with his baby. Elsie had tried to contact him but could not get a message to him or so she thought. Bastien wants to do right by his child as invites Elsie to live with him when her pipe burst. Both struggle with insecurities but are very passionate with each other.

Great fast read. Recommend. Can be read as a stand-alone.

Bastion has no time for his grandfather's plan to redeem his bad character, when he meets Elise he is in for a shock, Elise was the one night stand and she has something to show for it.

Elise is pregnant and for some reason no matter how hard she works she can't make a profit from her hair salon. When Bastien walks in as her Knight in shining armour she can't be sure if she is pleased to see him.

Else and Bass have to work together to find out why her salon is failing but have to try keep their relationship professional.

This was another book in the Durand Brothers series and was very well written, the characters engaging and I very much enjoyed the fact that although you knew where the story was going, they didn't get there immediately.

This is Bastion and Elise’s story. They had a one night stand. Elise ends up pregnant. She can’t get in contact with Bastion. She ends up getting in contact with his grandfather. Bastion gets assigned to help Elise’s business. They spend more time together personally and professionally. They are both trying to figure out their relationship. They need a little nudge. I thought the book was well written.

This is book two in the Durand Billionaire Brothers series.

Bastien is a bad boy billionaire that is no where close to looking for that happily ever after. As a wealthy, successful business consultant, there is no shortage of beautiful women for him to spend a night with when he feels.

After an embarrassing bar brawl with his brothers, Bastien is given a community service project by his grandfather - Help struggling salon owner Elise find out why her busy full-service salon isn't making money. Little does he know, he's already met Elise. After meeting at a party, the two spent one hot night together. So, what a shock it is to arrive at the Bombshell Salon in London, face to face with a clearly expecting Elise, and Bastien is the father!

I have to say, I really enjoyed this charming story line. The characters are sweet, and following them as they get to know each was really a treat. I became very invested in Bastien and Elise early in the book, empathizing with their past and current struggles. It didn't take me long to begin rooting for them to have a happily ever after ending!

If you're looking for a feel good romance novel, this is a fantastic choice! I haven't read the first book in the series yet, so I'm reading them out of order. I love that the author brings enough detail in the story, you can read this as a stand alone, or read the series in order. I am definitely going to pick up the first book!

This is a light and easy read.

Bastian is involved in a pub brawl and as punishment his grandfather taskshim with a community project. He walks into Bombshell and to his surprise meets one of his many one night stands. He pulls himself together to accomplish his task. As they work together, he develops strong feelings for Elise. There are some hiccups along the way and as feelings get stronger, he realises that he's found what is missing from his life.

There is a heartbreaking moment when it looks as though things won't work out between them. Luckily, he comes to his senses and realises what he might be losing and that leads to what they both feel and they live happily ever after.

A real cute read. Elise gets support from Bastien to work out why her hair salon isn’t making money despite being so busy. He’s the father of her one night stand pregnancy and it hits him hard. A rich gorgeous man who falls for a hard working small business owner is a cliche however the book is a great fun and lovely cliche. I had a great read and enjoyed Elise and Bastien finding themselves together.

Elise is an owner of a hair salon who is in need of some help. No matter how busy her business is she is always loosing money. Bastian arrives at the salon per is grandfather’s request. He is to help get this business on its feet and determine what is going on to make it loose money. As soon as he walks in and meets the owner he recognizes her. They met at a party and had a one night stand. Then his gaze shifted a little lower and noticed that she had a small baby bump. All he could think about was the possibility that the baby could be his. He had so many feelings rushing though him that he could barely think. Elise didn’t know how this was going to work but she was willing to work with him to help her business become a success. Would Bastian and Elise be able to work together and maybe develop more than a work relationship? I was given an ARC through NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.

This was my first book by this author so I didn't quite know what to expect going on. Bastien runs into Elise when he is trying to help her salon when it is having financial difficulty, but he doesn't know that she is the salon's owner. He recognizes her immediately from when they had previously spent an evening together, and is surprised to see her with a baby bump. She is guarded initially so Bastien focuses on his work with the salon, until he gets Elise to warm up to him again. Things get complicated personally and professionally as the book progresses toward their happily ever after.

I overall enjoyed the premise of the story line, though I found it predicatable. I enjoyed the characters for the most part, but it took a while for me to really believe in their relationship or want to cheer them on. I do think their was some growth throughout the course of the story, and I appreciated that. Overall it was an easy read and I think Bastien was the highlight.

Bastien and Elise had one night together, as was Bastien's usual way of doing things, but this night came with far-reaching consequences. It takes a lot of maneuvering for these two to find each other again, but when they do, they find they have a lot more in common than just a baby. Whether that translates into becoming a family becomes a fraught question that involves a lot of growing for everyone involved.

This is a light, but pleasant story. Bastien and Elise are both good people who have their fair share of issues and challenges, but are likable and easy to root for. This would be an excellent break time or rainy day read for a simple, steamy escape.

The Billionaire's Pregnant One-night Stand is the second book in the Durand Billionaire Brothers trilogy by Leslie North. This book can easily be read as a standalone romance if you have not read the previous book.

The fast read features Bastien and Elise, who found themselves reconnected after a one-night stand, when Bastien comes to Elise's business to help her improve her struggling business.

Needless to say, Bastien was surprised to find that Elise was pregnant with his baby. Along with insecurities on both their parts, the sparks of romance began to fly! The chemistry was tangible.

I truly enjoyed this story and loved the characters! I definitely recommend reading this one!

The story only had surface-level emotions, skated over a lot of issues, and was near insta-love with the characters. Not worth the time.

This is book 2 in the series and this story involves Bastien and Elise who needs help with her salon, he discovers a thief who she trusted as the cause of her money worries and love ensues. Laurent the grandfather who set Bastien the task is proving to be quite the matchmaker.

I'm reading this series out of order, started with book 2. I had no problems because everything is explained in the beginning of what this series is about. I love how the author always has a theme for each series. I can't wait to read both books 1 and 3 now.
