These biography snippets of some amazing Black Women would only have been better if they could have been accompanied my photographs, but I understand the cost prohibitive-ness of that. From figures that are well known, like Madam C. J. Walker to figures lesser well known, like the mother of Ruby Bridges - these women's grit makes them role models for all.
